i’ll never forget when i was in group therapy in high school and we did this exercise where we sat in silence for one minute and every thought we had was a bubble or cloud or something above us. at the end of the minute most people had like five. i had over twenty. the nurse practitioner spoke to me about adhd not long after that. but then it took until college to get diagnosed anyway lol
