I downloaded a free book from google books for my essay, and it’s from the 1800s so it’s just a scan of the book itself, and the first few pages of the document include scans of the person’s fingers? Just someone’s fingers smudged and scanned as they’re holding the page down. It’s very creepy (thankyou for this middle of the day fright, google).

This steadily growing stack of honours reading is threatening to suffocate me and honestly I welcome it.

I’ve been out shopping a couple of times now trying to find shoes to wear to my brothers wedding, and there’s nothing nice, and then this morning I remember that I bought a pair of boots years ago that might work. They’ve been sitting in the bottom of my wardrobe, still in the box, the receipt says I got them in 2013? and I somehow completely forgot about them?
