💜 Heavy Angst & Psychological Drama: This AU features deeply emotional trauma, heavy slow-burn tragedy, and realistic mental boundaries. It is a story about consequences, not quick fixes.

Rare Pair Focus: The narrative heavily revolves around the Blood Moon ship (Geno Sans x Passive Nightmare). Their dynamic is firmly rooted in mutual suffering, coping with ghosts of the past, and unspoken words.

Heavy AU Rules: The traditional laws of the Undertale Multiverse function differently here under the direct, cold, and systematic intervention of the faceless System. Technically, it’s not just a single AU—it’s an entire separate multiverse in the world of one big megaverse. But for convenience, I just call it an AU. Both about 16 years old. In this version, they are the same age.

A quick sketch for those who liked Swap!Patch at first sight on his birthday! Yes, it’s actually today, 23 of July. He’s seeing you for the first time, reader, but he already loves you and is waving hello! This is for you. Specifically for *you*.

And classic Patch is off to the side, asking for a bit of quiet. He’s probably just jealous that today, all your attention isn't going solely to him ;)

The program I was drawing in deleted a comic I'd been working on for two days...

It hurt so much. No joke, I actually shed a tear.

So I decided to switch to a different app, but it's not that easy. First, I want to finish all the incomplete pieces I left in the old app. There's a lot of stuff I didn't want to show because it spoils my Purple Glitch AU, but I guess I have no choice now. So be ready for spoilers, future designs for future characters.

On top of that, all the free drawing apps for iPad are incredibly laggy. Lately, I've been thinking about buying Clip Studio so I could also start learning how to animate, but... God, I'm not rich enough to pay a monthly subscription, I want something to eat ayoo. Plus, it turns out I can't even make purchases easily from my country t_t

Meet new member of Purple Glitch System Codes —

Swap!Patch — the Antivirus archiver-healer.

Unlike other variations, this little star has a much lighter destiny, born from a bond of pure empathy and mutual protection. But why is he the only Patch that doesn't melt from the inside? 🩵

The Core Differences of the Swap Multiverse:

‼️ PURPLE GLITCH SPOILER ALERT ‼️

The Trigger of the Resonance:

In the Classic story of Purple Glitch verse, PG!Nightmare fled to the Save Screen to escape his own agony and isolation and fell in one-sided love with PG!Geno. In the Swap version of Purple Glitch, everything changes. Swap!PGDream breaks down into uncontrollable tears after witnessing a brutal attack on his twin brother, Nightmare. His overwhelming empathy and pure desperation to protect his brother cause his soul to fracture, ripping open a portal straight into the Save Screen where was PGGeno!Berry.

A Bond of Shared Grief:

Because of the nature of the Swap universe, Swap!PGDream and PGGeno!Berry (Blue) are roughly the same age when they meet. Blue is severely traumatized and glitching after failing to save his tall brother, PGSwap!Papyrus. Dream is terrified that the exact same fate awaits Nightmare. They find common ground instantly, binding their souls over a shared, deeply rooted love and protective instinct for their brothers. They become each other's emotional anchors.

Bypassing the "Fear of Attachment":

Classic PG!Geno pushes Classic Patch and PG!Nightmare away because he is terrified of loving someone only to lose them again. But in Swap version of PG!verse Geno!Berry manages to completely bypass this psychological struggle. Through Swap!PGDream’s gentle, positive code and their mutual teenage support, Blue heals. He doesn't see Swap!Patch as a pathetic replacement for a ghost; he accepts and loves Swap!Patch as a real son.

The Orange Hoodie & Stable Soul:

When Dream nearly succumbs to the golden apple's corruption, PGGeno!Berry steps out of the box to pull him back. The collision of their code triggers the system's protective patch. Instead of a tattered red scarf \as classic\, Swap!Patch materializes safely wrapped inside the cozy, oversized orange hoodie of the deceased PGSwap!Papyrus.

The Result:

Because his parents chose love over fear, Swap!Patch’s Crystal Soul is entirely stable. Swap!PGDream remains a warm, soft, and loving father who reads him bedtime stories, while Geno!Blue provides a safe home. Swap!Patch has a significantly brighter path, which leaves him carrying a heavy weight of survivor's guilt when he meets his fractured, melting other versions of himself in Bluescreen's hub near crossline between multiverses.

Oh, look guys It’s so peak. I love your art style and the way you handle expressions!

As we know, Error and Geno are the same character but from different timelines|multiverse|AU; so, Errormare and Aftermare are like... two sides of the same romantic coin—one implies happier characters, while the other is a bit more unfortunate (though both characters became corrupted and have \sorta\ lost their minds, they can still have a chance to find happiness in each other).

Now I’m imagining how beautiful an artwork with a mirror would be: the characters looking into it, seeing the tender, luminous Aftermare on one side, and the obsessive, self-sacrificingly cruel Errormare on the other.

It would be a great idea for future drawing!✍️

Now that “Aftermare week 2026” has officially over, I wanted to write a post about it!

A huge thank you to the creator of this wonderful event @bluepallilworld and to everyone who liked, and reposted my artwork. Also I wanted to say hi to the new readers! We almost got 50 readers on this blog! It’s amazing to see so many people resonating with the same theme! It truly warms my heart. I’m also planning to take a break from daily drawing for a while, but I’ll be back with renewed energy later on 💜❤️

- He really is a unique child, isn't he? Today, he ran until he was utterly exhausted again. He tried to build a bird out of his crystals—the one from the book you recently brought back from Dreamtale. But the crystals fell apart, and he just laughed.

- Oh, thank goodness he finally fell asleep. What a baby.

- He shouldn't waste his magic on trifles. The code of his crystal soul is a lock that has somehow sealed within itself the explosive negative energy of the apples' corruption and my own excessive determination. The more he plays, the greater the strain on his system.

- *soft giggle* He’s three years old, Geno. He’s a child. And as long as this "lock" is happy, the negativity corruption in my head stays silent. This crystal... *points to his eye* ...didn't even pulse today.

- Don't deny that you care about him. I saw how tenderly you adjust his scarf when the little one gets tangled up in it. Some freedom isn’t bad for him. Patch keeps us both stable. He's our son…

- A son?! Don't you ever call him that in front of me, Nightmare! We don't have a son! (his voice begins to tremble and glitch; he places his hand directly over his crystal scar) We have a system anomaly that saved our pathetic lives when we almost wiped out the entire Dreamtale! Your homeworld! A-and I… I’m simply keeping an eye on the code that prevents the multiverse from collapsing. If baby gets tangled up and damages itself, the consequences could be fatal. It’s pure logic. I know what it’s like to lose your world, Nightmare. I lost Papyrus. Everything I touch turns to dust and errors! I-I can't...

- I can't bear the thought of getting attached to this boy, only for him to disappear one day after completing his task.

👋 A small final update on the UBTOS tournament from me -author of Patch sans!

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to the event creator @tudatoonatic and to @angeltherainwingyt for their work, their responsiveness, and the wonderful, honest chat we had in Discord. It was truly an honor to see Patch stand alongside such cool and legendary characters!

However, due to the sudden issues with bots and the constant re-polls, this whole situation has become too stressful for me. I am a hobbyist artist and writer with small cozy audience, and I create the "Purple Glitch" AU solely for the sake of art, storytelling, and emotional connection. For me, real human feelings, support, and the love for the characters will always be far more important than any numbers on a poll. 💜❤️

Since I want to keep my art space positive and peaceful, I have decided not to promote the current round anymore and to quietly step away from the event. Too many greedy eyes, too many stress

I'm officially going back to my safe haven — the Aftermare Week! Thank you all so much for voting for my crystal boy Patch. The bots might fill the counters, but only real people can feel the soul of the story.

Sweetheart, I’m really glad I can inspire someone like you for making art! It is my biggest pleasure to make people feel good by beautiful things I made by my hands and mind 🫶

As for my other social media, I do not have it for now. Got deleted\inactive\ect.

In the past, I created art for fandoms like TADC, Warcraft, Pokémon, and Sonic. I also drew about my own personal mental struggles during some of my past tougher times. I don't think the audience here would be interested in that sort of thing…?

But if I ever start a separate blog for that other art or "vent" content, I’ll definitely let you know here!
