So I’ve been feeling pretty burned out, where I cannot really draw more than two lines of anything before I decide it’s horrible and delete it. So, that’s when I like to do these little paint practices, to play with texture and color (and also add some more artworks at that)

This year has been… interesting definitely. It has been one of the hardest, but I also consider it one of my most memorable.

Through all the bad, I’ve been able to strengthen my relationships with my close ones, and also I’ve gained back my passion for art and creation after a long, long time.

Here, I joined what I consider one of the kindest and most beautiful communities I’ve ever seen, that being the Outer Wilds fandom. It’s incredible how much a single game can impact you, but discovering it was definitely one of my most important moments this year. That gave me the opportunity to create and also observe amazing artworks and stories, and the sentiment of unity and support this fandom has honestly has helped me a lot.

One last message, that definitely helped me during this year, and for anybody that may need it as well: at any given moment, especially this time of the year can be really hard, and it’s okay to take your time at any moment, and to ask for help if necessary. We all matter, and there are lots of people who will be there for you and help you out <33

alright bitches time for some Nomai linguistics

the autism got to me 😔 i found the chart on reddit here and built off of it! I'm pretty sure i misread some stuff and branched off (no pun intended) a bit, but i was able to really flesh out how it would look and sound!

heres a chart arranged semi-alphabetically (missing sh, ch and th because i forgor) and a transcription of one of my favorite quotes from the game!

(i didnt include numbers in any of my own examples because i wanted to focus on the base language first)

theres so many nuances and little details that i didnt really write down, but most of it is covered in the post i linked. the only thing i added was stressed syllables and some letter configuration details to make sure every letter is different.
