One year ago today, Cardinal Nation witnessed what will go down as one of the greatest games in history - Game 6 of the 2011 World Series. Down to their final strike twice, the Cardnals went on to win an incredible, unbelievable game. Happy one-year anniversary, Cardinal Nation. Tomorrow we shall celebrate the one-year of an eleventh championship!
Greatest game in World Series History! Unfortunately, I could not attend this game. However, I couldn't ask for a better experience than watching it with my father - something we will never forget and it always brings a smile - actually more of a shake of the head in unbelief - still now a year later. So many amazing moments. I recall so vividly he and being to the point where all we could do is laugh in amazement as we kept coming back to tie the game or the many times we were down to the last strike. We will share this memory the rest of our lives! Thank you #stlcards!
