Man, I wish Rick had spent less time trying to nerf the rest of the sevenâs powers so that Percy could be the strongest demigod, and instead focused on the fact that theyâre all meant to be equals.
jason realistically shouldâve been on the same power level as or even more powerful than percy. they shouldâve at LEAST been equals.
besides, if jason was gonna die anyways, why couldnât we let him be more powerful than percy for a bit??

It honestly pisses me off SO MUCH how he nerfed Jason. Had Jason not been knocked out by a brick 80% of the time, maybe we could've had a more interesting character??? Maybe he could've been stronger than Percy, but then we learn that it was at the cost of his childhood and freedom. How is it possible that someone who is the son of THE LITERAL KING OF THE GODS who trained since he was A FUCKING CHILD is weaker than Percy??? Jason spent all his time training. Sure, Percy has experience, and maybe you could do it so that Jason is an incredible fighter in strength, agility and skills, but lacks skills in the 'holy shit they're attacking i have no plan what do i do' department, where Percy is amazing. It would cause an interesting dynamic between the two, I think. Maybe Percy could help Jason relax a bit and Jason could help Percy with his- well idk Percy is op. Honestly I think part of the problem is that Percy is ALREADY op, you don't need to nerf the others, Percy has so many fucking powers he is way to strong. The problem Rick should've thought about is 'hm how should I make the seven be equals since I've built up Percy to be incredibly strong' not 'PERCY MUST BE SUPER COOL AND STRONG AND JASON IS HIT BY A BRICK SO HE ISNT STRONG ND REYNA AND NICO ARENT IN THE SEVEN AND LEO IS ON AN ISLAND WITH HIS NEW GF AND-'
