The 9th Annual Meeting of the Templarias take place on 26-28 June 2024 in Portugal. This meeting brings together around 40 templières (templárias) involved in facing key issues for humanity.

The Monastery of Pena, in Sintra, around 1836

A pilgrimage site since the Middle Ages, the chapel of Our Lady of Penha was replaced by a Hieronymite monastery whose foundation was authorised in 1503 by King Manuel I (1469-1521), the monarch during the great Portuguese discoveries.

The earthquake which struck Lisbon in 1755 left the monastery practically entirely in ruins and finally abandoned after the nationalisation of the monasteries in 1834.

Archangel Michael a spiritual warrior In art Archangel Michael is depicted with a sword, a banner, or scales, and is often shown vanquishing wickedness in the form of a dragon. Uprightness contrasts with wickedness, the conduct of the one who, out of gross self-centeredness, does not respect anything neither anyone, because he does not believe in the justice of man and therefore does not believe in penalties.
