hii i see that funhouse is starting to gain more recognition, and i want to share my yumeship AND introduce myself to the funhouse community on tumblr

i'm nath and i've been yumeshipping with eka since 11/26/2025,, i started my yume with him on the exact same day i discovered funhouse, back when it was still in its early stages. it was literally love at first sight!

i was always nonsharing with him and i never felt 100% comfortable with just a few doubles. nowadays i also use the term voidsharing and prefer that doubles do not interact.

when i discovered funhouse, i was going through a period of extremely severe depression, and eka actually helped me get through that difficult time, including preventing me from committing. eka is an extremely special character to me and i love him very much, thanks mr leaf for creating him <3

i plan to post my funhouse content on tumblr as well, BUT FIRST i want you to keep the following in mind:

• i am a mentally unstable person. i have been diagnosed with autism and major depressive disorder and i STRONGLY suspect borderline personality disorder.

• i NEVER planned my content to be "flowers and rainbows". i use the term "dead dove" precisely as a warning about my content and to scare you. i may post sensitive, disturbing, maybe even disgusting content. please do not follow/dni If you feel uncomfortable with that.

I actually don't like Sirius

not as a whole, mostly his design and bits of backstory. So i changed both, below you can get a closer look at my design, read how i would change his lore, see like 3 sketches i made of him AND get a look at a very sketchy storyboard for a new defeat animation, cus i thought it would be fun to make one

apologies for any mistakes in advance, english is not my first language

At some point Sirius discovered a way to dark/shadow magic (he might have already had his circus by that point, doesn't matter) and desided to add it to his repertoire including himself as a star of the show. Loving the attention he would be getting on stage his gig was now both The ring master and The shadow tamer.

For a couple of years this was a big thing, but people did eventually start getting bored of it, so the tricks would get more risky and dangerous, it wasn't anything too dangerous for human beings, but the shadows were putting their lives on the line more often and it was pissing them off more and more each time. Till someshow, as part of the performance, Sirius actually ended up killing one of the guests shadow. It was surely very spectacular, but at that moment his fate was sealed.

Later somenight, he was trying to come up with a bigger way to make his act shine and in the process accidentaly released his own shadow from whatever dimentional barrier was holding it back. (like people are 3d and shadows are 2d) It attacked and in aome attempt to defend himself, Sirius knocked ower a candelabrum. That's how the fire started. In the end The shadow killed Sirius, celebrating it's freedom by escaping the island.

And the shadows danced until the eventually fire went out.

Years later it would return now posing itself as the ringmaster to break the barrier between two worlds, freeing other shadows and bring revenge upon all people, who visited aor have never even heard of the Starr sircus.

Hiding behind that mask is a full on shadow. You can see it by looking at his right hand (that he's usually covering with a cape) and by looking very close at it's neck.

All books and text on dark/shadow magic unfortunatlly burned in the fire years ago and Sirius can not free the shadows. For now.

Summoning shadows of himself would look like just his outfit, mask, weapon and no right hand and neck. Theres now shadow for a shadow, but there is one fo clothes

some of my Sirius sketches x3 i loove this guy and wish he was a little more than just a shell of a villain like in the game,,

i was thinking that the shadows he controls are just his imagination caused by being on the stage all alone. since no one would visit the circus he might have gone insane or something 😅 and treat shadows like real people. over time he would manage to control them, giving them attention he used to get himself
