Charlie: Congrats on being with Michael but being a crew member and not a performer, you should have also known to have spoken with me or someone in public relations or anyone who works on the tour as a whole before outing yourselves on twitter.

Charlie: There is nothing in your contract about dating performers but we expect our crew members to know that these things don't just get announced out of the blue. We have to take the time to figure out how we announce things like this and how your job will work. You are supposed to make things easier on those who ask of you yet that will not be able to happen if people stop you for pictures or to talk to you.

Charlie: I am happy for the two of you; don't get me wrong. However, now I have to figure out what your job will entail.
