As the festival finally comes to a close on it’s last day, the most awaited event takes place. A floral background takes center stage in the Fairy Ring. A runway decorated with different types of flowers had been made especially for the occasion. Hours and hours of work had went into making sure that everything was perfect. Bright lights on the right and left side illuminate the runway along with one special circular platform that Marinette stands on, microphone in her hand. She looks confident, ready to speak when her cue is given. As people begin to slowly gather around and wait for the long awaited Fashion Show they were promised, Marinette clears her throat and begins to speak. ❝ Welcome to Hive City’s first ever fashion show! I won’t talk for long, but I’d like to thank Ava for allowing me the chance to do this! It’s always been my dream to be able to host something like this, so it’s a huge honor. It’s not about me tonight, though! ❞ she pauses, and the spotlight goes to center stage, where the curtains hide the awaiting models who were to walk out at any time. ❝ Tonight is about our lovely models! I’m proud of all of them, they worked hard to create something that was all their own just to strut their stuff tonight…so let’s get started, shall we? ❞
One by one, each of the models begin to walk, allowing Marinette to introduce each and every one of them. Here’s our first model for the night ❝ Our very own Iori Shirou from Dressed to Kill! And what a nice dress it is, too! Beautiful spring colors that really show off his natural good looks. I’d say he did splendid on it, even I’m jealous of how good it looks! ❞
❝ Our second model? MOMO Mizrahi! She’s very cute, isn’t she? And along with her comes a very cute dress! It’s only fitting! The theme of her outfit is “Cherry Blossom Date”! Isn’t that just romantic in a sense? I’m loving the cherry blossom print with the white dress! Makes her look a bit older than she is, don’t you think? But it also gives a sense of a somewhat mature charm, how lovely! ❞
❝ Our third model, Gerwyn Llewellyn is now taking the stage! My goodness…he looks almost too beautiful to be real! I’m sure many of you in the audience would agree, wouldn’t you? As for his dress my goodness…it’s as if it were made just for him! It gives off a very foresty type of feeling, don’t you all think so? It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before! Woven Ivy and thistles…I must say this dress is one of my personal favorites and as a designer myself, he has my respect! Very good job, Gerwyn! ❞
❝ Our fourth model sadly was not able to make it tonight…which is such a shame, but fear not! A lovely dress will never go to waste. I’ve assigned one of my own models to wear this piece for the creator, who happens to be Ms. Martel Yggdrasill! Please give her a hand! ❞ And as she finishes saying that, the model walks out onto the runway with the dress. ❝ Very green! I love it! I’m a fan of how the straps for the arms are wrapped around! It gives it a very fairy-ish type of look which I simply love! It really gives off a true feeling of Spring! Very nice job in designing, Ms. Martel, very nice job! ❞
❝ Our fifth model is Ms. Ultear Milkovich! Who I must say is looking particularly lovely this evening in her gown! A beautiful pastel purple mixed with greens and pinks! I especially like that it enhances her already natural good looks! I would say she’s a Rose Queen in her own right, hm? ❞
❝ Last, but certainly not least…I myself asked this person to participate in the fashion show myself. Please welcome my good friend who was a real trooper in trying on the many outfits i placed on him, Leo! ❞ As she finishes speaking, the last model for the evening starts down the runway. He may be wearing a suit, but that hadn’t stopped her from putting him in black heels. ❝ Beautiful, isn’t he? Wait Leo don’t– ❞Before she has time to stop him, he’s down and doing the split on the runway. In heels. Marinette looks on, startled at first, but the. relaxes and eases into quiet laughter. Leo would always be Leo, after all. ❝ Well, I have to say that was interesting, wasn’t it? ❞
❝ I’d like to thank everyone for coming to see what we had to offer! I worked very hard to make sure that this would be put together properly! Really! I’d like to thank the models for taking the time to put their wonderful dresses together and present them to you all. They worked very hard and what everyone made was simply fantastic! I only wis that I had some type of prize to give to you all…though I suppose the hardwork and dedication that you all put in is reward enough! Anyway, that’s all for our fashion show, mes amours!
