Do any of u have decent recipes that are like 5 ingredients (not including spices) and take 45 mins or less to prepare i gotta stop eating sandwiches for dinner
yeah hang on
ignore the title of this google doc because it's a long story but it's a really solid recipe for southwest chicken alfredo
this is a vegetarian potato curry recipe that's about 75% spices; once you get the potatoes in there you can really do whatever you want with it
this is literally just pasta, broccoli, and cheese babey and you can live off that shit for DAYS it makes such a big portion
bro this spinach/pesto/3 cheese flatbread is so fucking tasty bro
also you can make the flatbread yourself it's super quick!!
oh hey I'm eating this white chickpea chili right now, much like the curry it's mostly spices and you can do p much do whatever you want with it
don't let the name fool you these potatoes are delicious any time. not just breakfast.
this is slightly more than five ingredient when you add them together but if you have time and really wanna fuckin treat yourself I recommend these chicken strips + this cornbread + either these potatoes or these buttered veggies on the side.
These are my two favorite comfort foods. They're very easy to make and dont take long to cook.
Garlic butter rice
Orzo mac and cheese (comes out a little bit soupy)
this recipe for gogumabap (sweet potato and rice) saved my life when i couldn't eat hardly anything for a long time. the recipe itself calls for a heavy bottomed pot but you can absolutely use a rice cooker and put the rice and diced sweet potato in together and just let the machine do its thing
Time for me to beat my little clown drum again for Indian-ish by Priya Krishna, aka The Easiest Recipes I Have Ever Fucking Made. Dal that takes 15 minutes. Easy aloo gobhi. Easy saag feta. Buy. Cook. Eat.
Boil a big handful of gnocchi according to instructions (usually 2-3 minutes).
While it's boiling, tear up two big handfuls of spinach and put it in a Tupperware with a lid along with a tablespoon of butter, about half a cup of shakey cheese, and spices - salt, onion powder, garlic powder, herbs de Provence, idk.
Drain the gnocchi but don't shake it a lot, just drain it and toss it into the container.
Chuck a handful of shredded mozzarella in if you want.
Put the lid on the Tupperware.
Shake the shit out of it. No, a little bit more.
Eat the wilted spinach, gnocchi, and the cheese sauce made by the pasta water, butter, and shakey cheese. Enjoy your protein, carbs, and greens that you spent less than 5m making.

If you have some leftover Brie from your fancy cheese party or whatever you should put it on toast with some strawberry preserves.
You’ll feel bacchanalian levels of pleasure and indulgence if you do this, trust me. Even more so if it’s on fresh bread.
Also if you eat those little babybell cheese things, put some honey or fruit preserves on it to microdose on this same feeling.
do this with white stilton and blueberries to unlock secret flavours and feelings
I’ll keep that in mind the next time I’m in the cheese section
If you have soft goat cheese or just cream cheese, try a creole influenced thing where you mix marmalade and horseradish in equal portions and put that over your block of cheese, serve with hot bread or toast or crackers and if ya nasty get a little wine
You’re all falling for my trap and giving me even more wonderful new cheese ideas please never stop
Jalapeño pimento cheese is amazing with some honey. Or you could use some hot honey if you really want it kicking. It’s good on any kind of bread or crackers, I bet it would be great on apple slices too.
This less expensive cut of beef is marinated overnight then seared in a skillet on the stove top producing a flavorful tender steak. Be sure to read my helpful recipe tips for a delicious outcome.

I made Hungarian mushroom soup and it's a little too delicious to be real
BUNJY RECIPE BOOK- HUNGARIAN MUSHROOM SOUP
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1 large white onion, diced
16 oz white mushrooms, sliced into half-slices or diced
3 tbsp flour (gluten-free okay)
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
3 cups veggie or chicken stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup 2% milk (yes, it has to be 2%)
1/2 cup sour cream (results not guaranteed for lite version)
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, slightly less for dried dill
1/4 cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper
okay! so take a large saucepan and heat over medium low, and melt the butter in it. add the mushrooms and turn the heat up a notch or so and cover, stirring occasionally until the mushrooms give up their liquid. once the pot gets soupy, add the onion and put the lid back on until the mushrooms are brown and the onion is fully cooked through. once this is achieved, remove the lid and cook off most (not all!) of the liquid. at this point, add the flour and paprika TOGETHER, and mix! this will get gluey and start sticking all over the place- that's fine. cook while stirring for a few minutes, enough for the paprika to gain aroma and the flour to darken. next, add the stock and soy sauce, and stir to work all of the clumps of flour off the bottom of the pan and into the liquid. once the soup is smooth, add the milk and bring to a light boil. once the pot boils, lower to the heat to a simmer and ignore for 10 minutes. once the time is up, REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT and allow to cool slightly. once the pan is no longer scorching hot, add the sour cream and dill, and stir it in. lastly, add the lemon juice and parsley, plus salt and pepper to taste, and stir again to make it all a smooth lovely soup. serve immediately.
the soup absolutely looks and sounds (from you're description And the recipe) delicious!
and it looks very visually similar to a kantarell sauce my mom used to make, which made me feel the same way - that it was too delicious to be real.
so thank you for posting this recipe, but I do have a question burning in my mind.
white mushrooms?
is that like, a name a specific kind of mushroom has in your country?
and cause like, is there a more specific to it then that?
like, what white mushroom is in Hungaria?
cause yellow onion for example is in the usa and sweden to very different types of onion.
so,,,,,, what is white mushroom..?? or do you just mean Any white mushroom...????
recipe unclear, sorry if I'm rude! and I don't think any regular search motor result would land me the answers I seek.?
sorry for the confusion, "white mushroom" in this case is referring to the white button mushroom!
you can use whatever mild-tasting mushrooms you have available in your area, though.
also I'm retracting the parsley amount, you should be throwing a solid 1/3 cup in there
