Meet the team! We are a team of four well trained chefs that have a passion for good food. In the Kitchen we have Mr Zhu and Mr. Bourich cooking most of the meals, combined they have more than 20 years of experience gained in several highly rated restaurants and hotels around the world! while Mr. Maes and Mr. Van Dooren look after our guests and make sure they are experiencing a wonderful night,  they are not new to working in a restaurant either, they have already gained several years of experience at various locations.
