Background:
He fashions himself as an anti-authoritarian hero but he is also a total scumbag. He stops villains, foils crimes, saves people, lots of them, but he is also just truly awful to people and is very comfortable pursuing his own advantages alongside his heroics. He has rarely foiled a crime without seriously fucking up or killing the criminal and almost always takes their money for himself. He recently robbed a mob controlled bank, turned the files over the cops for evidence, and then left with the cash. He will save a woman from a rapist and then immediately hit on her. As a result of his scummyness and criminal dealings, he is also more in touch with a lot of criminal info. He is the one who Eladria went to for info when looking for Richard, he told her he would tell her what she knows if she showed him her tits (she negotiated him down from a blowjob) and then revealed he had no idea. The government and various heroes have tried to arrest him before but he usually gets out. The government and various heroes have also reluctantly had to ask for his help before because he is unfortunately very good at what he does and pretty powerful (kind of Solis style power). Despite presenting himself as a moron, he is surprisingly smart and crafty. He…well, he doesn't really have a good heart, but he does have some sense of code and a desire to help people. He just also totally sucks.
