Jean looked shocked, as if he had just been told the most unbelievable piece of news ever. “I could never forget to eat.” He said, genuinely serious. A smile came to the blond’s lips when she mentioned that this was not a test not to take sweets from strangers – not that they were sweets exactly, but they were certainly close. “It might be a good rule,” Jean agreed, though he also remembered the countless times that he had not listened to that rule and had no negative things happen. Well, not for taking sweets anyway. “But I don’t know how reliable it is.” Jean’s interest piqued as she began describing the muffins that lay in her basket. Each of them looked delicious. “I don’t think I’ve tried apple-cinnamon muffins…” The young wizard mused aloud.
The blonde gave the male a smile. “Well, that’s good. You wouldn’t believe how many people do.” She replied shaking her head at the thought. “Yes, you can never be too careful - though, I do prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt,” Pandora stated shrugging, her blue hues looking up at the male. “Oh, then you must try one. They are truly delicious. I want to say they were of my own invention but I may be mistaken.” She insisted smiling as she held the basket out to him.

Jean’s mind was in a world elsewhere, so much so that he didn’t even notice the blonde who had come up by his side and had been there for quite some time already. So, when the wicker basket came in to view, he was startled and stepped back slightly, allowing himself to take in the witch who the basket seemed to belong to. “Snacks?” He questioned, peering down into the basket before meeting her gaze again. “Is this a you shouldn’t take sweets from a stranger test?” He asked, looking into the basket to identify the snacks. “Because, I’ve failed that a lot in the past already. I might be beyond hope.” He said with a smile, his gaze meeting hers again. “What is in there?"
Pandora stood there silently waiting for the male to realise he was no longer alone. She daren’t say another word while he was so lost in his own thoughts, she knew only too well how frustrating it was to be disturbed mid-thought. She grinned as the blonde finally parted from his thoughts and acknowledged her presence. “Yes, it’s important to make sure you’re eating throughout the day. So many people get so busy they forget to eat.” She explained still smiling brightly at the male. The witch paused momentarily as she thought about the wizard's words. “Oh, I never considered that.” She stated simply. Maybe that was why a few people had ignored her offer. “On this occasion no it’s not but that’s probably a good rule to go by I suppose. How sad though.” Pandora found herself frowning but not for long as the male’s question soon brought a grin to her face, “Muffins mainly.” She pointed to a plain sponge muffin, “Those are just plain and then those-” Her finger moved slightly to the other ones, “Are chocolate chip muffins and lastly, my favourite-” She pointed at the ones in a red muffin case “Those are Apple-Cinnamon Muffins.”

Xavier wasn’t exactly happy when he received the note informing him that he had to be at this specific place at a specific time, only for him to find out that the whole point of it was due to being signed up for a blind date. He had no idea who’s idea of a joke it was but he knew for a fact that when he found out, the blonde would make it his mission to get his own back. The wizard had no idea why he had to go to a zoo but figured that he may as well make the most of it. Checking his pocket to make sure the two tickets were still there, he stood waiting for his date to show up.
Pandora wasn’t quite sure what had made her sign up for the blind date, especially considering she wasn’t interested in actually dating anyone or becoming someone’s girlfriend. No, she just thought it would be nice to get to know someone new, plus she did love a nice outing - or at least she thought she would and then she found out the date was at a zoo. A zoo. Of all places, a zoo. Unbelievable. She was furious and she had a good mind to stay at home too, but Pandora was anything but rude - or so she liked to think - so she couldn’t possibly stand someone up especially as the destination was no fault of their own. She would go on the date, but she was going to make it known that she was unhappy with the choice of place. The blonde had made sure she put her white t-shirt on with ‘freedom for animals’ scrawled across the front in big black letters. Pandora arrived at the zoo a few minutes late though she put that down to the zoo being two towns across from her house. She supposed she could have used magic to travel but she enjoyed getting the buses every now and again despite the funny looks she always received from the muggles. As she arrived at the meeting place she saw a familiar face. “Oh see here, see here, what handsome face am I to be met with? Golly Gee, it’s Xavier Lockely.” She announced in a sing-song voice. “How is my dear friend today?” She asked smiling as she came to stand beside him, linking their arms together. “I believe you’re my date Mr.” The blonde looked up at the male with a bright smile before remembering she wasn’t happy to be here. “No, wait, Xav... I must admit I’m displeased about being here. More than displeased, I am infuriated to be here, but please don’t take any offense, it’s not you - it’s this place.” She paused narrowing her eyes as she looked around before raising her voice. “It’s these monsters!” That had gained a few stares. Pandora then unbuttoned her cardigan to reveal her top proudly. “Are you ready to go in?” She asked smiling as she swung her bag back and forth in her hands.

“You’re a distraction— a welcomed distraction, but a distraction nonetheless.” Lucinda huffed, placing her book down against the table, arms folded as she peered towards them.
The blonde tilted her head slightly, blue hues fixed on the witch as she smiled. “I’m often referred to like that though never have I been a welcomed one. Always a first time for everything, I suppose.” Pandora clicked her tongue before rocking back onto the balls of her feet. “Would you like me to leave? I don’t mind, I’ve been meaning to go pick some mushrooms anyway.” She asked grip tightening on the handle of the wicker basket meeting the brunette’s gaze before her eyes trailed over to the book she had placed down. “What book were you reading?”
With a basket of muffins, the blonde skipped around smiling as she offered people her baked goods. It was weird but so was Pandora. She often went around with treats for people in her little wicker basket, the blonde enjoyed interacting with the residents of the town even those she considered strangers. As she walked around she saw someone who looked like they needed some treats, though she wasn’t quite sure what it was about them that told her they needed the pick me up. She didn’t say anything as she approached them, just waited and rocked on her toes until they acknowledged her. Rocking back and forth on her toes, she smiled. The blonde held out baskets and grinned. “You are looking quite peckish but I’ve got some snacks. Would you like some?”
You collect people to take with you. Some people change, other people don’t… it’s wonderful because I’ve met some incredible friends.
