random 2000s lesbians on abandoned 16 year old flickr account you mean absolutely fucking everything to me
more beautiful and swagful women
women's sports is one of the loudest and most successful anti-patriarchy campaigns in human history. what women's sports did and does is prove, over and over again, the excellence, the raw power and strength of the human woman. it completely disrupts ideas on gender.
you have big, powerful women in rugby. fast, endurable women runners. impeccably strong gymnasts. women with strong, large bodies that take up space. that are HEALTHY. they are not RESTRICTED or ladylike. they are free of the stillness/deadness that femininity demands. no corsets. no (aesthetic) thinness. no hourglass bodies for gawking. women's sports screams to society "we are fully human, not objects, not small men. we are not domestic dolls. we are hunters and foragers. fighters."
why do you think men are so vitriolic about it? why don't they want women in football? why don't they want it televized? why do they keep harassing female basketball players? why do they insist on dressing women in sexualized uniforms? why do they now make it taboo to exculde men from women's sports?
i firmly believe it's because women's sports tears patriarchal gender ideology apart so effortlessly. it completely spits in the face of patriarchal political propaganda and shows how null it is. it forces all of us to view women as full, as the beginning of human excellence, as central to human history. not as decorative sexual objects, no matter how men want us to be.
that's why there's so much aggression and derision when it comes to women's sports from men. because women's sports destroys the idea of femininity and depicts women as non-derivative. women must be monsters and cannot afford to play into the childlikeness that femininity demands. the arena of sports forces us to focus on women's physical performance rather than appearance. their strength rather than how attractive they are. their skill and strategy. their humanity. it is a form of entertainment where all female roles are agentive and active rather than passive.
women's sports events are also hotbeds for female and lgb solidarity like you have no idea!
y'all need to start watching women's sports. not only because it is exciting, but it deprograms the patriarchal bullshit out of you so fast. you realize how much is possible. how much we can all achieve right now.
I'm a woman in rugby and actually going to Nationals for it in a week. The women who play it are so raw and tough -- they form such a great community. They are explosive, muscular, powerful and don't care about looking a certain way at all. I've never seen muscular women representation like how I've seen in women's rugby. They don't care about looking shredded, thin, or lean -- they care about whether or not they can tackle your ass to the ground lmao
as a matter of fact im incredibly gender critical BECAUSE i wasted years of my life on white knighting for trans activism that never benefited me lol
Why Are Libfems⦠like she almost got the point, but because of sex posi bullshit she spun it the wrong way. Itās SAD that so many women in kink/BDSM are trying to use it as a bandaid coping mechanism for trauma. Itās sad that the men involved in that scene prey upon women they know are vulnerable. Itās not badass by any means. Hypersexuality as a response to trauma shouldnāt be romanticized.
???? TrAuma
Is badaSS?????!!!! I puked
Here is a video on re-victimization from the sex positivity guru herself. She actually does a good job talking about the topic dispite not recognizing how BDSM is abuse and encourages re-victimization:
Imagine if we treated any other form of trauma like this.
Are you traumatized by being beaten by your alcoholic father when you were a child? Have you tried asking your partner or a friend to get drunk and beat you, so that you can finally be in control of your life and fully recover?
Are you traumatized by spending time in a war zone? Have you tried asking your friends to explode a bunch of shit around you and pretend to be dead so that you can experience the healing powers of consent?
Experienced enslavement and suffering trauma as a consequence? Why not become someoneās human pet and let them lead you around on a leash and make you eat out of a dog bowl and do all their house chores? Donāt you know how liberated and free it will make you feel, to be willingly objectified and subjugated?
Like?
People just say this shit. There are no studies to back it, no logic to support it.
Yet here we are.
I canāt believe the new liberal feminist take is that not getting proper help for sexual trauma is badass.
Man expressing his desire: I want to have a daughter so I can abandon and emotionally traumatize her so that she can be mentally-unstable and sexually-available for men
Woman expressing her desire: I want to take care of my boyfriend and do all his chores
Not the same. Men are still more demented.

i cant stop thinking abt that screenshot of an anon talking abt being in a T4T MTF4MTF "straight" relationship 'because they see each other as women and each sees themselves as men' like WHAT?? its definitely not real but if it was it would be so fucking funny. sitcom ass situation. i need to meet them
wait sorry it was FTM4FTM. typo
I dont even know what these words mean - this is just a homosexual relationship between women who are calling themselves gay men, right???
almost. instead its two women, calling each other women, and each calling HERSELF a straight man. it's two women BOTH claiming to be a straight man, and claiming that the other ISN'T a man. like this:
this is like objectively the funniest relationship possible, and i can't stop thinking about it
hmm.....hate the implications of this
male sexuality summarized
i hate the term "maladaptive daydreaming" because having deranged fantasies is literally a core part of being a woman. in fact i would be concerned if you didn't experience any deranged fantasies
Hello! terfs, radical feminists, or anyone who happens to stumble across this post.
Im a amab trans woman, ask me anything. Iām not posting this in bad faith I simply want to understand yāall better. Similarly I hope youāll use this opportunity to gain a better understanding of the trans community.
Though I donāt hold the terf/radfem movement in the highest of regards I will respect anyone engaging in this post. I hope you try to respect me as well.
No thanks. Calling yourself any type of woman is already disrespectful.
Many of us come from the "trans community," and that's how we ended up here.
Perfect example of why it's a waste of time and energy to engage with these narcissistic men. He doesn't want a conversation; he wants to tell you why you're wrong and he's right and what's the problem with feminism š
Didn't take him very long to start threatening to murder women for not acquiescing.
"Can't stand the sight of bloodshed" babe you're def not like cis women at all then lol!!
I think I've already said it but this post always gets me. Op what are we supposed to want to know? The great majority of us used to be trans allies if not trans ourselves. We already know what the trans movement is about
I started on T at 16 years old and was given a basic overview of the effects: body fat redistribution, voice changes, hair growth, increased cholesterol/cardiac issues, and other health problems that affected men. The impression I got was that these problems would crop up during middle age, as they typically do for men.
I wasnāt told, or my clinician was unaware, of some of the other effects that were specific problems for bio women taking cross sex hormones, and that they would start in my 20s.
Over the 10+ years I injected testosterone, I developed liver dysfunction, sleep apnea from the growth of my neck and larynx blocking my airways, abnormally high blood pressure, vaginal atrophy, frequent UTIs due to the hormones changing the microbiome of my urinary tract. These are not problems that cis men face.
Iām not anti trans, and I still consider myself transgender (perhaps āperson of trans experienceā would be a better way to phrase it). Wanting to get this information out isnāt my attempt at gatekeeping people who want to start HRT. I know I ultimately cannot convince someone who cannot be swayed by the reality of a stranger on the internet.
I just donāt want anyone else to go through what Iāve gone through.
I don't get the point in being a Facts and Logic Atheist Skeptic if you're going to blatantly ignore the fallacies of the transgender ideology.
Everyone makes fun of the circular reasoning of Christians but no one makes fun of the very obvious circular reasoning of the trans movement. One of the reasons "what is a woman" is such a fantastic question is because they can't answer it. "What is a woman?" "A woman is someone who identifies as a woman." "Ok, well what is a that? When you "identify" as a woman, what does that mean?" It's very similar to asking a Christian "how do you know the Bible is true?" They say "the Bible is true because it's God's holy word." "Ok, well how do you know that?" "Because the Bible says."
Not only that, but transness in itself is an entirely spiritual belief. You're essentially trying to "fix" your body, which isn't even broken, to further reflect your soul. The idea of a soul is inherently spiritual. I find this especially true of nonbinary people who go through surgery and have their nipples removed. Many of them say "well, I wasn't supposed to have nipples" or "nipples make me dysphoric," and it doesn't make any sense. Nearly everyone on planet earth has nipples, what do you mean you weren't "supposed" to have them?
When you listen to trans people talk about their gender identity, it's extremely religious. Even with things like "trans joy," I can't help but think of the old sold "I've got the joy joy joy joy down in my heart." Well, I guess if JKR doesn't like it she can sit on a tack.
When they talk about their transition, they're "on a journey," they're "connecting with their gender." When they do finally transition, and cry because they "finally feel like their true selves."
What does that even mean? There is no "true" self, the self you currently have is your true self. You were never not yourself. You were never broken. Anyone who told you that you were was trying to sell you something.
The fact that most skeptic youtubers aren't even a little suspicious of this movements is very confusing to me. It's still possible they could be, but god forbid you say anything.
The trans community is one of the most toxic things I've ever been a part of. In my opinion, it's like Scientology on steroids. If you leave, you will lose friends, and you may become the victim of targeted harassment. If you even hint that you might be questioning it, you will be met with suspicion at best and outright hatred at worst.
In my opinion, it is one of the most popular, regressive and destructive cults currently operating in the US, and one of the reasons it's so dangerous is because it specifically targets mentally ill teenagers and gay kids. It sells the idea that something is wrong with them. It leads them down the path of medicalization and sterilization. In many ways, it's the modern day lobotomy.
This is the biggest medical scandal of our lifetime. If you're not at least a little bit skeptical, I worry for you.
Hi, I think most of us operate under this assumption, but still I wanted to type it out, since you don't seem to be aware of it.
As words meanings are socially constructed: (people decide what they mean), we can see how much a thing is a word by asking everyone if it fits into the word or not; This will result in percentage of how much that thing is considered that word by the collective. This is algorithm important for defining masculinity, or femininity; males, females; which you asked about, so here is an easy answer.
Waiting for your response with hope.
I'm not sure what you're getting at. Women are women because we are female. We are oppressed because we are female. You don't magically turn into a woman because you decide to be feminine. You are either born female or you're not. It's something out of our control.
It is genuinely not a lie when we say the trans community does promote suicide. Thereās so much just. Accepting that children will kill themselves if they canāt transition. Not even saying that itās likely many will attempt suicide, a lot of the times they donāt even act like it IS suicide. They act like they drop dead of an actual illness. The rhetoric doesnāt remind me of something that could help prevent suicide due to mental illness, itās more like it is an actual, deadly illness in itself. Thereās no agency given. Itās so scary. Like suicide has been proven to be a social contagion, that isnāt saying suicidal people are dumb or attention seeking, thatās just how humans work, and they basically take it for granted that people will kill themselves if they canāt. And thereās no other option. Itās crazy.
