Hold My Girl â¤ď¸đЎ
He was dying.
He knew it.
The Galra knew it.
Allura knew it.
He could see it in her face. Those beautiful eyes that shined brighter than any constellation.
Keith raised a hand to her face, blood staining her skin. Her chin was trembling so she turned her face further into his hand. She pressed a kiss to his palm before angling her gaze back to him.
One of her hands pressed his hand firmly to the side of her face while the other encircled his wrist.
âYou shouldnât have done that.â She said, her voice thick with emotion.
The blast intended for Allura burned sharply with every breath. âI would have taken the hit for you a million times over if it meant I got to see your face one more time.â
Alluraâs vision blurred. âKeith-â
A sharp inhale followed by a coughing fit interrupted her. Blood flecked his lips, and teeth. They were running out of time.
âKeith, please-â Allura whispered. âDonât leave me.â
Keith shifted then ignoring the new flood of warmth that coated his side. His thumb swiped beneath her eyes. A small smile appeared on his face then, as his eyes searched her face.
âHelps coming. Just keep holding on,â Alluraâs voice cracked.
She went to look over her shoulder to confirm the others were coming. Only to stop short when Keithâs free hand caught the side of her face.
Keith was looking up at her through half lidded eyes. He was pale and sweated, but still his gaze was only focused on her.
âPlease-â he paused the word seeming to take more effort than he had left, â-just give me a minute to hold my girl.â
