"N-No!" Florina squeaked out, gripping her weapon harder. Men were frightening creatures, and although this one looked cute and extra fluffy, she couldn't get up the courage to speak to him proper. Green eyes drifted from the ground up to him, and then back to the ground. "I...I'm fine, thank you!" She responded, pulling her lithe shoulders up to her neck. "I-I'm...not good with men... I wish Lyn was here..."

            ‘ you OKAY there ??? i won’t hurt you, if THAT’S what you’re scared of. you look like you’ve never seen a KITSUNE before. ‘ he doesn’t quite understand how his kind could be feared – sure, his pack as killed a few humans over the years. in his defense, they probably DESERVED it. 

Fear traveled up Florina's spine, eyebrows dipped downwards as she took a few steps back. Pretty much any amount of space between her and anyone who looked male was too close; as she stepped back, she wished desperately for Lyn to be there. (How will she grow into her own person? She asked herself as she was backing up, if she constantly bows down to her fears?)

"U-Uhm," she started before giving up, staring at the floor and grinding the blunt end of her weapon into the ground.

Bright eyes blinked before she immediately took a few steps back, clinging onto her weapon. (A new person!) Florina bowed her head slightly, as if trying to appear smaller than the other. She did not want to get hurt, after all.

“H-Hello?” She questioned, her spear quivering softly.

Oh, gracious! Startling her was Sain’s last intention. He had simply allowed his horse to trot about as he pleased, and had stumbled upon Florina as a result. With something resembling grace, he pulls out a small flower that he’d prepared for the occasion. One must always be prepared to lend a smile and a gift. 

“I’ll not interrupt your friend’s rest, my lady! Pray tell, may I aid you in passing the idle time?”

Florina took a few steps back. Then a few more. She kept taking them back until she was firmly behind her pegasus, peering at him from Huey's back. Only her eyes and the top of her head peered at the other, her eyebrows sloping downwards.

"So...Sorry!" She apologized, clinging to her weapon for dear life. She was never good with men, and this man... This man had been way, way too forward for her. Her face was the same color as her pegasus, with all the blood sapped from it.

Florina sighed as her Pegasus came to a stop, wings folding into his core as she hopped off the side. When she noticed the other, she gasped in surprise. It wouldn’t be the first time she almost landed on someone!

“I...I didn’t notice you there! I’m... I’m really sorry!”

Florina was tending to her Pegasus, petting it’s mane down as it chewed thoughtfully at some grass. When she noticed the other was staring at her, she squeaked and grasped her weapon, hugging it to her chest.

“E-Excuse me!” She cried out, soft tremors in her fingers. “I...I was just...allowing Huey to rest!”
