From which stars have we fallen to meet each other here?

two people of similar nature can never get along, it takes two opposites to harmonize.

I wish I didn’t have to look at the stars to talk to you.

you know what I need? I need a fic where a superhero and a super villain have been battling each other for years but never really hurting one another. so maybe the villain captures the hero, and demands for them to be kept in their secret lair or dungeon or whatever. and maybe the villain sends food down, because they don’t want he hero to suffer. that’d be inhumane. except maybe one of the minions poisons the food or it turns out that the hero is allergic.
and suddenly, the villain is doing everything to save the hero. and maybe a new big bad comes on the scene and steals the hero, and the villain completely loses it. gathers all the people they know in an effort to save the hero because no one but the the villain can deal with the hero. so the villain goes on this crazy rescue mission and everyone is telling them to stop. telling them it’s not worth it. it’s too dangerous. but the villain doesn’t care, the hero is too damn important to them. because who would the villain be without the hero?
and finally, the villain comes up with the best plan possible. they ensure everything is flawless. really, it’s the finest plan they’ve ever come up with. so the villain succeeds in their plan. and the hero is seriously impressed. and so proud! look at their little villain finally managing to pull off an elaborate scheme to get what they want. and the villain is taking the hero home, but the hero’s hurt. something minor. something little. so the villain sticks around to help out and make sure that the hero isn’t alone. and when they part, the villain looks back and smiles. and the hero smiles.
what the villain doesn’t know is that the hero’s sidekick tells the hero just how crazy extreme the villain went to save the hero. when things are better for the hero, they head to the villain’s secret liar (which, fyi isn’t that much of a secret) and they thank the villain because it was nice of them. and then the villain doesn’t know what to do. no one’s ever thanked them before. so they blush. “it’s no big deal.”
“it is to me,” the hero whispers. “you could’ve finally gotten your way. I would’ve been gone and the city would have been yours.”
the villain snorts. “as if I’d ever let anything happen to you. you’re my life, my reason for living, y'know?”
and the hero kind of goes still. smiles. “you’re my reason for living too.”
something changes between them after that. it becomes less about taking over the city and more about silly pranks on one another. and maybe the hero had a bad day. something goes wrong and they need the villain to tell them it’s not their fault. so they break in and wait on the villain’s couch. the villain opens a bottle of wine and they start shooting the shit about their lives. and maybe they end up drunk. and sharing a sloppy kiss that turns into more. their bottle of wine is forgotten and they stumble into a bed. and in the morning, the villain rolls over and asks, “partners?”
“partners.”
“in crime?” the villain teases. the hero leans over and kisses them.
When the semester starts: I’m gonna study well and stay on top of the material so I don’t fall behind
A few days into the semester:
My question is…why is it ok to treat women this way?
double standards… fuck the media
took these when I went to the beach a few months ago and I though they were pretty aha ☁️
i have seen this on my dash too many times to ignore it. these are adorable, they really are, but they’re adorable because artists put hours into each of these original illustrations. SOURCE THE ARTISTS, please. i recognize the work of @mashallahmangoes, @viria, @artofpan, and while i know the others are familiar, i can’t place them.
