I've witnessed the evidence of the tragedy that has struck our lives in Gaza, where my family and I have survived amidst numerous previous wars. But today, we face the most dangerous and fierce battle in the current war. The urgent need intensifies for us, as we have nothing left and are unable to secure our basic needs such as food, water, and safe shelter.
Here is our story - On October 7th, our lives changed forever, my family and I evacuated from northern Gaza to southern Gaza, hoping to return soon, but it wasn't meant to be. Our home was surrounded, burned, and then completely destroyed, Our home, once a fortress of hope, now lay in ruins, a stark reminder of our shattered dreams.
The night before we left from the north to the south was terrifying. Shelling sounds were everywhere, making a loud noise that felt like it went through our souls. Every explosions shook the ground like earthquakes, sending shockwaves of fear through our trembling bodies. filling us with fear. The air smelled of destruction and blood, making it hard to breathe. When dawn came, we saw the devastation around us, realizing our home was now a symbol of loss and despair.
We ran into the streets and with each step we took into the unknown streets, we felt as if we were plunging deeper into the abyss of our shattered existence, leaving behind everything we own in our home: Clothes, important official documents, the car, and literally it's almost everything - the enormity of our loss weighed heavily upon us.
Our home it was where we found hope, safety, and made precious memories. Losing it felt like losing years of our lives, leaving us adrift amidst the wreckage of our shattered existence.

Desperate Plea: Escaping Gaza's Allergy Nightmare
I, Haya, suffer from severe allergy to penicillin-derived medications, and my sister, Amal, also suffers from severe allergies to medications from my family such as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
These allergies create a deep sense of fear and anxiety for us, as we live in a constant state of tension and fear of anything that may require a visit to the hospital. We fear being given inappropriate medications due to the unavailability of suitable treatments in Gaza because of war or lack of awareness and not informing the doctor of our allergies, which could lead to serious consequences threatening our lives.

My story, along with my siblings, represents a united team of four individuals, three of whom are skilled programmers and one graphic designer. We work as freelancers in the world of freelancing.
As for my younger sister, she is a student studying at the College of Architecture. She has always carried a big dream in her heart, a dream of being part of changing Gaza, of making it more beautiful and better. She looked forward to the day when she would receive her degree and start building this dream. But the beginning of the war changed everything. The destruction of infrastructure and universities cast shadows of despair over her dreams.
When I think of my brother in Belgium, I can't help but feel deep sadness. He has been suffering from unbearable anxiety and insomnia since the outbreak of the war. Sleep eludes him at night, and his physical and mental health collapses under the weight of these heavy burdens, negatively affecting his performance at work. Problems and challenges pile up in front of him without the slightest opportunity for rest.
We all feel psychological pressure and extreme anxiety. The war hasn't been limited to external attacks but has deeply infiltrated our daily lives. We search among the rubble for a little safety and the basic resources for survival. Every day comes with a new challenge that we must overcome.
As we sway amidst the rubble of shattered dreams, our souls wrestle and our hearts beat strongly challenging the ravages of war.
Our parents earnestly seek a way to rescue us from this hell, feeling the heavy responsibility for every moment we spend under the shadows of fear and destruction. They dream of a safe place where they can build for us a better future, filled with security and hope, for we deserve life in all its meanings of comfort and peace.
Perhaps this fundraising campaign represents a light in the midst of darkness, it is indeed the only hope we cling to firmly.
I appeal to the world as a whole to hear my cry and the mournful cry of my family in Gaza. We need the helping hand that reaches out to wipe our tears and build a bridge to safety.

Hope and suffering with illness for the fourth time, hospitalization due to contamination of water and food, and the story of being away from them. I have not met with my children for more than ten months because of the war.
Amal, her husband Mohammed, and their baby were displaced by the IOF invasion nine months ago. They have been displaced multiple times since then, and for a time found themselves living in a tent in Rafah. There they were exposed to extreme heat, insects and vermin, infectious disease, in addition to the constant threat of IOF bombs and ground assault. They were then forced to evacuate Rafah, becoming displaced AGAIN.
They are collecting funds so they can begin the paperwork to evacuate Gaza through Rafah crossing once it reopens. Unfortunately, they are only about halfway to their goal. Some thoughts abt Regulus and APPLe bc the brainrot is so so real
It's gonna be a long post so yeah hahah
Anyways
So we all know that APPLe has this thing w alchemy, and for sure he's the one to teach Regulus alchemy as well, to the point that Regulus even claims herself as a genius alchemist. Not only that, but APPLe is rather keen on the topics of philosophy, astronomy, physics, and math; and ofc I think APPLe really did raise Regulus, then he probs taught her all that too. I think it adds up considering in c5, we do see how easy Regulus answered that "unsolvable problem", even saying how nothing is unsolvable. It's also the fact she said she read smth abt astronomy two years prior to that, so even before she met Vertin.
But yeah w all the alchemy and astronomy talk, makes me wonder now if APPLe accidentally tampered w transmutation. Like in FMA, human transmutation. We know from his story that APPLe has a penchant for alchemy, and the legend of the Philosopher's Stone
Tho here, it's said that it could be mostly fictional, like how in real life, alchemists believed that perhaps the Philosopher's Stone is merely a myth, an object of fiction that everyone believed was true. But I wanna say that the Philosopher's Stone is what captured APPLe's interest in alchemy, as when you get to 40% bond w him, you unlock this
A manuscript for the effectiveness of Al-iksir. Ofc, first glance, it's just a modification of the recipe for said adhesive, but I wanna add that Al-iksir is what the Elixir of Life was called in alchemy.
The Elixir of Life, also known as elixir of immortality, is a potion that supposedly grants the drinker eternal life and/or eternal youth. This elixir was also said to cure all diseases. Alchemists in various ages and cultures sought the means of formulating the elixir. <Which we see above, APPLe might be trying to actually recreate said elixir
The Philosopher's Stone is also said to be the Elixir of Life, that it not only makes common iron and copper and metal into silver and gold, but it also grants immortality.
Which led me to believe, he was successful w that, but in an exchange of his own body. I wanna say APPLe did have an actual body, I don't think he's a reincarnated person like A Knight and especially Spathodea, as he's under awakened, tho I really don't know much abt it, granted there's really not much stuff abt that as far as I know, but let me theorize that perhaps APPLe really was a human or a normal arcanist back then who tampered w alchemy, achieved the Philosopher's Stone, but at the cost of his own body
And the Philosopher's Stone? Why, it's Regulus ofc, or rather, the pendant Regulus has
In her default garments and her special "The Fierce Fan" garments, the pendant was mentioned on both first item slots, it's a thing Regulus always has
And on the default one, it's said APPLe does know something abt it, but never told her anything. Ofc you could just say oh maybe Regulus thinks it's cool, see the thing is, why not her hat? Why not her records? She has a dialogue w her hat, she loves her records, so why the pendant? Bc that's the Philosopher's Stone.
If we go back to the prologue, the Manus Vindictae was after Regulus for her "little thing", or rather, the stone. And w all the things we now know of the Philosopher's Stone, it would make sense a bit why Arcana would want it, bc for one we know it could grant immortality
But also during that didn't Regulus give it to APPLe? Makes me wonder now that Regulus knows it's important to APPLe, she just doesn't know why. But APPLe would risk it all to save it, bc it's the very essence of what Regulus is. Think of it like,, the item that gave her life. I wanna say, during the time APPLe lost his body to the ritual of getting the Philosopher's Stone, he may have either accidentally went w the human transmutation ritual, or that ritual is needed for the Philosopher's Stone. Thus w him waking up without a body, instead replaced by an apple, and seeing a young girl with the pendant hanging on her neck. And we know it haunts him, his past endeavours haunt him, he even said so himself
Makes me wonder now tho if smth happened to the stone, something will also happen to Regulus, that's why he's always tailing behind her, always w her, bc he doesn't want anything to happen to her, nor does he want Manus to take the stone, which will then take Regulus' life

Okay but can we also consider, she immediately disregarded that, she said she doesn't want to make up for lost time, she just thought of bringing her to this festival of sorts bc she thinks it'd be groovy to be there, and immediately goes on how she'd tell her past self to not let APPLe (the ship) set sail on the day she met Vertin bc ofc, the ship sunk during that

We could say that yeah, technically, Regulus isn't his kid, bc she's, well, a person, and he's an apple, he might've adopted her, but w this lil theory in mind, maybe it is true that she isn't his child or anyone's child bc she's another version of him, a result of the transmutation. Idk I think it'd mess him up even more if Regulus is a spitting image of him when he still had a body. From the hair, to the eyes, to her complexion, even down to her personality. And it haunts him, bc it's that same outgoing and arrogant behaviour that costed him his body and almost his life. Maybe that's why he's always looking out for her, but he knows a child cannot grow without freedom, so he gave her just that, gave her the chance to mingle and interact w others, humans and arcanists, bc he doesn't want her to be ignorant of the world outside. He wants her to have a normal life, well as normal as it can get, a life he didn't get to have when he was younger
And it got to the point maybe, that he stopped seeing Regulus as another version of him, but really her own person, his own child. And he knows she isn't, but in his heart she is.
