my birth name is guinevere. pronounced (gwehn-uhv-eer). but nobody seems to know how to pronounce it. my favorite mispronunciations include, "Gervais", "Geneva", "Genevieve", and "um... uh". ive also had friends of 4 years misspell my name. my all time favorite misspelling is, honest to god, "Gwiw". because of this (and many other reasons), im changing it to Aurthur. while the misinterpretations are funny, im getting really tired of it. you can totally keep calling me Guin, just promise youre going to say/spell it right.
