what the heck is wrong with kids tv

I live in a house with a 9, 10 and 12 year and am subjected to alot of childrens tv. Found out that they are cancelling cat and sam on nicoldeon. why is a grown woman pissed off over this? if i have to sit and watched kids tv it has to be something that i wont want to be tear my eyes out over and sam and cat was one of them shows that did not wreck my head. what is up with kids tv these all the shows that are tolerable to adults are being cancelled. sam and cat and i have to say my guilty secret  good luck charlie. 90s early 2000s nick was amazing with the likes of the amanda show, hey arnold, doug, rugrats, kenan and kel,the secret world of alex mac etc. what has happend has the acting got worse in kids or kids just accepting crap now.  I didnt mind watching ant farm, shake it up, good luck charlie, cat and sam, victorious and even wizards and waverly places and now they are all cancelled and replaced with crap. like seriously dog with a  blog, haunted hathaways and now this load of crap the thundermans. seriously kids tv needs to get its shit together not just for the kids but for us adults that are subjected to this crap. bring back 90s early 2000s  style  kids shows!

nupo diet

hey all, this is my first ever blog. I will be talking about all sorts of crap but today i will be talking about diets. I have just started the nupo diet. I have been on it for 5 days now, started out with one snack bar and than shake.  I have to say i do not like the shakes that much so have decided to have 2 meal replacement bars and a snack bar. So far this past week i have been really tired and very moody. But i would say that is from the low calories and my own fault of not drinking enough water.  The first week has been hard  but i'm hoping it will get better.  I go for a 6k walk a day too. 

I have noticed a difference in my clothes even though it  has just been a week. Clothes have defintley got loose.  Hopefully i will have reached by goal by october. Has anyone else tried the nupo diet? what have you thought of it?  would you recommend?
