a few days ago an irl told me about how the alphabet is on the wrong order on the doctor who wiki because in one episode a character recites the alphabet backwards but gets two letters the wrong way around and there has been no other representation of the full alphabet in any other dw media so technically there’s no proof that it isn’t canon and i’ve been thinking about that ever since

i've decided that now would be the perfect time for bbc casualty to bring back rita freeman please hear me out:

faith is in. a job that rita could do

(i thought it was rita's old job but that's donna apparently. but i'm sure rita could be qualified for faith's job)

faith is on the verge of being fired with her drug problem

faith also happens to be in a relationship with iain (rita's ex)

if faith is like,, suspended and they need a replacement

then rita comes back

some awkwardness where she apologises for how she left

tension between her and iain

affair storyline or whatever

ends with faith and iain breaking up and iain and rita staying together but faith stays and is like.. a good character again

it would make for good telly

never ask me to pitch something for you (i am bad at it)

you get the idea (i hope)

oh and also i'm in love with rita and would like her back that's the most important reason

Also… I don’t hate faith as much as a lot of people seem to, in fact I don’t really mind her too much and think she can be lovely. But I just no longer care about the drugs storyline lol, like I care because Iain is involved but that’s it😂😭

I think I've gone a bit berserk with the faith hate 😅 Like it's more just I'm sick of her, like the other characters resonate more with me. I feel like she could get help if she really tried but I'm so irrationally overprotective of Ian! But the drugs storyline is being draggeeeeed like can we see some happiness for Ian!

It's also nice to see some people still have faith in Faith anon 😉

I'm REALLY liking Ryan being bisexual/pansexual but it Not Being A big deal

Donna saw him flirting with a man and simply said "please stop flirting with the patients" , she didn't feel the need to comment on anything else/label him. Jodie commented on their flirting too - and also hooked up with Ryan herself

Sexuality here isn't used as this massive plot device and it's given so much normality and respect. Ryan's not a token character simply there to be the gay/bi one, and having storylines revolve around it

There are so many people who don't want to label their sexuality and just want to be with/love whoever tf they want and I love Casualty showing this

Lgbt+ representation and normalising it without commenting on it all the time 💜

They got close with doing this with Jez's character but this is 👏
