Fat Horse No. 28

It’s the year of the horse and I’ve always been a horse girl at heart, so I’m finally taking advantage of the excuse to fill the world with fat little horses! These felted friends are about the size (and shape!) of an apple, and if you happen to have any apples to share I’m sure they’d help you out! This coppery Appaloosa actually has metallic fibers blended into her base color for a subtle shimmer effect to compliment her spots and speckles.

This piece will be part of a herd of fat horses at Furrydelphia, August 7-9th!

Polly Pocket but surprise it’s Lucy Westenra’s garden from Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992) 🦇 Really experimented with this one! Used a vintage wooden box, diorama greenery, bits of wood & air dry clay, and movable figures out of polymer clay.
