Me @ my psychiatrist: yeah I’ve been having this symptom for about a month now. Is there anything we can do about it?

Psychiatrist: immediately ups my med dose and keeps uping it until I’m better

Me: so you mean to tell me… I wasn’t be overdramatic for asking for help
