I thought this was really from the show
And then he wades fully clothed into the ocean and stands up to his waist in the water, suit sopping wet. Angels need days off too!

#I bet John used to say that to Dean

i feel like this is just an excuse for dean to call Cas ‘Baby’ without him being teased or questioned by Sam or anyone else

Then you can’t decide whether or not twilight is fine literature, right?
No, the OP can. It’s just sort of an established fact that anything Twilight is surrounded by an area of extremely low pressure (i.e. it sucks).
People like it,though. If you think it sucks it’s fine you can say that but you can’t say it’s just a bad book because it’s not. People like it and are going to like it.
I won’t deny that people like it, but even though I want to concede, I have to disagree on its being a bad book.
There are things that tend to characterize good literature, namely characters with depth to them, that the series misses by a long shot. Bella has no personality of her own; her existence is pretty much defined by other people, coddling her mother before the book starts, being her father’s live in maid before she meets Edward, and once that happens, she pretty much becomes his shadow. Very close to literally, she stops living when Edward leaves, as is shown in the book by a handful of pages with nothing but months written on them.
Also, more importantly, the book is very dangerous to those reading it, especially considering young girls are the main audience. Aside from Bella’s 1D personality, her relationships with both Edward and Jacob are abusive, and not only is this not pointed out, it is glorified to the point where the girls reading Twilight think they want the sort of treatment Edward gives Bella.
I do realize that my disliking something doesn’t make it bad—I’ve read a good many books that I didn’t like; they just weren’t to my taste, and I won’t condemn them for that. But I really can’t see anyone successfully arguing that Twilight is a good book.
Yeah, I get what you mean. I kinda feel bad for the fans though cause everyone’s always saying it’s bad. And I used to be a fan of it until I just kinda lost interest so…I kinda sympathize with them.
haha I used to be a fan, as well. I was definitely team Jacob (mostly because I've Taylor Lautner's been my celebrity crush since Shark Boy). I do get feeling for them, seeing something they like get ripped on constantly, but that's not going to stop me preaching its faults, especially considering I have yet to deride the fans themselves.

that not all television is mindless garbage
not all books are fine literature
not all video games are about murder and violence
and that things are often much more than they first appear to be
that art is powerful
and that it comes in many different forms
and from the most unexpected places
but that no one, no one, has the right to decide what is art and what isn’t.

I don’t think I’ve ever come across a BBC who disliked B.A.P or a Baby who disliked Block B, which is awesome :D
Insanity’s fitness trainer Shaun T is happily married to long time boyfriend Scott Blokker. My mother informed me of this and has now given up on men because all the good ones are “all married or gay”. According to her she is now asexual, yes the kind that self replicates. lulz
I think we can say that the typical flamboyant gay man isn’t law; next time you shit talk queers, just remember this cool motherfucker.
i love and respect shaun t, but have you seen him in hip hop abs? i kinda figured he was gay after that but i still love him:)
that is one hot couple
