It is an operation that transfer the crystal to itself is known as symmetry operation. This is four types 1. Rotational 2. Translational 3. Reflection 4. Conversion Rotational symmetry operation.
There are two types of rotational symmetry operation . In proper rotation move an object, but do not change the handeness of the object.
In improper rotation include a proper rotation as well as a component that inverts the handeness of the object.
An n fold proper rotation operation represented a counter clockwise movement of (360/n) around an axis through the object. If n fold rotation operation is present n times, then the object returns to its original position.

Used of alternating current
Number of alternating current cycle complete in one second is known as frequency of alternating current.
Low frequency such as 50 and 60 cycle per second, are used for domestic and commercial power. But alternating current of frequency around 100,000,000 cycle per second (100 megahertz) are used in television.
Magnetic break
Magnetic break is application of eddy current.
Eddy current is defined as
When a metal is placed in a changing magnetic field the induced current circulate through the metal then induced current is know as eddy current.

A metallic drum attach with the axle of wheels rotate with the speed of vehicle or wheel.
When we want to stop the vehicle, a strong magnetic field is applied to drum. The eddy current, set up in the drum, tend to oppose the rotation of drum, thus causing resistance to motion.

It was observed by Faraday that whenever magnetic flux link with a circuit changes, an emf is induced in the circuit.
