WANT TO MANIFEST BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO? CLICK THIS! 001
Hey angels sorry for my prolonged absence. I have major exams coming up so I got to lock in. Before I make my major hiatus I decided to make this informative guide about manifesting regarding all of your queries , hope you enjoy it! (˶˃𐃷˂˶)
WHAT IS MANIFESTING ?
Now everyone has different meanings about manifestation. A lot of people say it's about your thoughts but we cannot control them , so how do our thoughts manifest?
Your thoughts come and go , you don’t control most of them. If thoughts alone created reality, every random fear or intrusive idea would instantly show up in your life. And they don't.
Therefore
Manifesting is not about thinking—it’s about what you believe is true.
Your thoughts are surface-level. Your beliefs are the root.
And reality doesn’t respond to the surface , it responds to what’s embedded.
Not what you say. Not what you wish.
What you assume is true without effort.
you don’t get what you want. You get what you believe you are.
it’s becoming internally first, then externally.
So manifesting is:
embodying a belief
holding it long enough
until your reality reflects it
HOW TO MANIFEST ?
Manifesting follows a pattern
Belief → Emotion → Behavior → Result → Reinforced Belief
Step-by-step guide:
1. Get clear on what you want (but translate it into identity)
“I want money” → weak
“I am someone money comes easily to” → identity
2. Build the belief through repetition and exposure
Beliefs are formed the same way they always have been:
repetition
authority
emotional impact
environment
Your brain uses repetition to decide if something is true or false. This connects to the Illusory truth effect—the more something is repeated, the more real it feels.
So you:
repeat ideas (affirmations)
visualize regularly
surround yourself with proof (people, content, environments)
Over time, it stops feeling fake and starts feeling normal.
3. Create emotional alignment
Belief isn’t just mental
You need to start feeling:
naturalness
familiarity
expectation
You need certainty.
That calm feeling of:
“I’m going to get it because i said so”
4. Act in alignment (this is where most people mess up)
Your actions must match your new identity.
If you say:
“I’m confident” but avoid everything → old belief wins
“I’m abundant” but act from fear → old belief wins
“My body is tea” but wear outfits that reinforce your insecurity → old belief wins
“I’m smart” but keep talking about how your grades are bad → old belief wins
Action gives your brain real-world proof, which is what locks in belief.
This is tied to the Self-fulfilling prophecy.
5. Persist through contradiction
At first, reality won’t match.
That’s normal.
Why? Because your old belief has more “evidence.”
So your job is to:
keep repeating
keep acting
keep reinforcing
Until the new belief has more proof than the old one.
THE IMPORTANCE OF BELIEFS AND HOW TO CHANGE THEM
If you understand this section, you understand almost everything about manifesting.
Beliefs are the foundation of your reality.
Your beliefs decide:
what feels possible
what you expect
how you interpret situations
how you behave without thinking
A belief is an assumed truth built from past evidence.
Your brain doesn’t care if it’s right—it cares if it’s familiar.
However our brain doesn’t just create outcomes—it also filters reality.
This connects to Cognitive bias:
you notice what confirms your belief
you ignore what contradicts it
So even when things do go right, you might dismiss it or overlook it.
That’s why two people can experience the same situation and walk away with completely different conclusions.
Where do beliefs come from?
You weren’t born with most of your beliefs—you learned them.
They come from:
childhood experiences
what authority figures told you
repeated exposure (what you heard/seen over and over)
emotional events (especially painful or intense ones)
your environment
Repetition plays a huge role here.
This is where the Illusory truth effect comes in:
The more something is repeated, the more true it feels.
That’s how beliefs get installed—and why repetition can also change them.
Why affirmation/repeating fails sometimes
If you say:
“I’m confident”
But your internal belief is:
“I’m awkward and not good enough”
Your brain rejects the statement.
Why?
Because your subconscious runs on evidence, not words.
It compares:
years of past proof
vs
one repeated sentence
And chooses the stronger one.
That’s why forcing affirmations without changing anything else can feel fake—or even frustrating.
To change a belief, you must:
Question it (create doubt)
Test it in reality
Gather new evidence
Repeat that evidence
Example:
Belief: “People don’t like me”
→ Go talk to people
→ Get neutral/positive responses
→ Repeat
Over time, your brain starts to go:
“I’ve seen this enough… this must be true.”
Beliefs are not facts.
They are patterns that were repeated until they felt true.
Which means:
Anything that was built through repetition can be rebuilt the same way.
TYPE OF TECHNIQUES
Techniques don’t “manifest” things on their own.
They all do one job:
They build and reinforce belief through repetition, emotion, and exposure.
Different techniques work better depending on:
how strong your current belief is
how “far” the goal feels from your identity
So you don’t use everything the same way , you choose based on resistance.
SUBLIMINALS (for deep or “hard” beliefs)
Subliminals are one of the most misunderstood tools.
They work through passive repetition—you’re repeatedly exposed to ideas without consciously analyzing them.
Over time, this taps into the Illusory truth effect:
The more something is repeated, the more true it feels.
Even if you don’t fully believe it at first, constant exposure starts to:
normalize the idea
reduce resistance
make it feel familiar instead of foreign
That’s why subliminals are best for:
things that feel “impossible” or very far from your current identity
deeply rooted beliefs (eg: self-worth, appearance, intelligence, success)
How to actually use subliminals properly
Consistency > intensity → daily use matters more than long sessions so no need to listen for hours
Long-term use → weeks to months, not days
Low resistance state → play them while:
sleeping
relaxing
doing routine tasks
Remember you’re slowly installing beliefs.
Note: THEY ARE NOT MAGIC OMLLL
What they actually do:
repeatedly present an idea
reduce subconscious resistance
make a new belief easier to accept
VISUALIZATION (for more “normal” or reachable goals)
Visualization is active belief-building.
Instead of hearing something repeatedly, you:
see and experience it in your mind
This works because your brain doesn’t fully separate imagination from reality.
So when you repeatedly visualize:
your brain treats it as “familiar”
your body starts responding emotionally
the situation feels more natural
Types of visualization
I hope yall know the visualisation chart.. Anyways here is it
So based on how you see images in yout mind here is a guide on how to visualize
1. Normal visualization 2-4
seeing yourself succeed
imagining a scene (money, success, relationships, etc.)
2. Hyper-visualization 1
add emotion
add detail (sounds, environment, movement)
place yourself inside the scene, not watching it
Example:
Instead of seeing yourself with money, you:
feel yourself spending it
hear conversations
experience the lifestyle
3. Visualization with aphantasia 5
If you can’t “see” images clearly (aphantasia)
inner dialogue (“this is my life now”)
feelings (what it would feel like if it were true)
conceptual thinking (knowing rather than seeing)
AFFIRMATIONS
Affirmations are repetition or what ppl like to call robotic affirming ig?
They work when:
repeated consistently
paired with exposure or experience
allowed to build over time
This again ties into the Illusory truth effect.
So yes—repetition does matter.
But:
short-term → feels fake
long-term → starts feeling natural
ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE
One of the most powerful and underrated techniques.
Your environment constantly tells your brain:
“This is what’s normal.”
So if you:
surround yourself with successful people
consume content that reflects your goal
place yourself in spaces where your goal is common
Your belief shifts faster because:
you’re seeing proof repeatedly
your standards change
your identity adjusts
EMBODIMENT (the highest-level technique)
Embodiment means:
living as the version of you who already has it
You:
make decisions from that identity
respond differently to situations
stop reinforcing the old version of yourself
This connects strongly to the Self-fulfilling prophecy:
your behavior starts producing matching results.
CREATE YOUR OWN TECHNIQUE (most important)
There is nothing special about “official” techniques.
Anything can be a technique if it reinforces a belief.
Examples:
listening to certain music that makes you feel like your future self
dressing how your “ideal version” would
scripting (writing your reality repeatedly)
acting out scenarios
even conversations in your head
If it:
repeats the idea
strengthens the feeling
makes it feel natural
Then it works.
How to choose the right technique
If it feels impossible → use subliminals + long-term repetition
If it feels somewhat possible → use visualization
If you’re close to it → use embodiment + action
If nothing fits → create your own method
Note : No technique is magic.
They all do one thing:
repeat an idea until your brain accepts it as truth
DOUBTS AND LIMITING BELIEFS
THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOU FROM GETTING WHAT YOU WANT BUT YOURSELF!
limiting beliefs DON’T EXIST
They are just opposing beliefs.
That’s it.
If you want something, and it feels hard, blocked, or “not happening,” it’s not because manifestation failed—it’s because you hold two conflicting beliefs at the same time or you belief is opposite to what you want.
You might say:
“I can have this”
“It’s possible for me”
But underneath that, there’s another belief:
“This is hard”
“People like me don’t get this”
“I’m not ready yet”
“It never works out for me”
That second belief is the one that wins—not because it’s stronger logically, but because it has more evidence and repetition behind it.
Why limiting beliefs feel so powerful
Your mind doesn’t choose beliefs based on what you want.
It chooses based on:
familiarity
past proof
repetition
So when two beliefs exist:
“I have it” vs “I can’t have it”
Your system follows the one that feels more real.
This creates:
doubt
hesitation
inconsistent action
And that leads to mixed results.
What doubt actually is
Doubt is awareness of a conflicting belief.
It’s the moment your mind goes:
“I hear what you’re saying… but I don’t fully buy it.”
“But what if..”
So instead of fearing doubt, use it.
Doubt is showing you exactly what belief is opposing you.
Where limiting beliefs come from
They’re built the same way all beliefs are:
repetition
emotional experiences
environment
past outcomes
And once they’re formed, your brain reinforces them using things like Cognitive bias:
you notice what confirms them
you ignore what contradicts them
So they keep proving themselves.
How to deal with limiting beliefs
You don’t ignore them.
You don’t pretend they’re not there.
Instead you replace them.
Step 1: Identify the opposing belief
Ask:
“What would I have to believe for this to feel impossible or hard?”
That’s your limiting belief.
Step 2: Create contradiction
You need to weaken it.
Do that by:
questioning it
finding exceptions
exposing yourself to proof that it’s not always true
Step 3: Build the new belief
Now you install the opposite:
repetition (affirmations, subliminals, exposure)
visualization
environment
action
This uses the same mechanism as the Illusory truth effect:
repeated exposure builds perceived truth
Step 4: Reinforce with action
Action is what makes the shift real.
It creates:
new experiences
emotional confirmation
stronger evidence
This ties into the Self-fulfilling prophecy:
your behavior starts producing different results.
Limiting beliefs are not permanent.
They are not facts.
They are just beliefs that have been repeated and proven more—so far.
Change the repetition.
Change the evidence.
And the “limiting belief” stops being limiting at all.
THE IMPORTANCE OF A GOOD MINDSET AND HOW TO BUILD ONE
Mindset isn’t just “thinking positive.”
Mindset is the collection of beliefs you default to under pressure.
It’s who you are when:
things don’t go your way
you’re uncertain
you don’t have proof yet
That’s what actually determines your results.
A strong mindset means:
you don’t collapse when reality doesn’t match yet
you keep acting in alignment anyway
you interpret setbacks differently
It’s built on beliefs like:
“things work out for me”
“I figure things out”
“I’m someone who gets what I want”
Why mindset matters in manifesting
Everything goes through mindset:
same situation → different interpretation
same opportunity → different action
same failure → different response
This connects to Cognitive bias:
your brain filters reality based on what you already believe.
So if your mindset is weak:
you see problems
you hesitate
you quit early
If your mindset is strong:
you see opportunity
you persist
you adapt
How to build a strong mindset
You don’t “force” mindset instead you train it.
1. Control your inputs
What you:
watch
listen to
surround yourself with
becomes your baseline thinking.
If your environment says:
“life is hard” → that becomes your belief
“things are possible” → that becomes your belief
2. Use repetition intentionally
Repeat:
ideas
identities
standards
Until they feel normal.
This taps into the Illusory truth effect:
repetition creates perceived truth.
3. Act in alignment
You build it by:
doing things your old self wouldn’t do
holding yourself to higher standards
following through
Action = proof
Proof = belief
Belief = mindset
4. Reframe everything
Instead of:
“this is going wrong”
Shift to:
“this is part of it working out”
You’re training your brain to interpret reality differently.
HOW TO BUILD A MINDSET LIKE TERUHASHI KOKOMI
Teruhashi believes she is God's favorite and that the world revolves around her and it does.
Same way how you build beliefs just repeat self building affirmations such as
Im literally the prettiest/attractive girl/boy in the world
Im the beauty standard wherever i go
Everything i want always comes to me , the world is my oyster
I never have to wait for anything , everything comes rushing to me
Life is on easy mode for me , simply because i am Y/N
THE POWER OF DETACHMENT
Detachment is one of the most misunderstood parts of this whole mindset system.
It does not mean not caring.
It does not mean giving up.
It means:
not emotionally depending on the outcome to feel stable.
Detachment is internal stability while still having desire.
You still want things.
You still take action.
You still care.
But you’re not thinking:
“I need this or I’m not okay”
“If this doesn’t happen, something is wrong with me”
Instead, your baseline is:
“I’m okay either way, and I trust how things unfold.”
When you’re overly attached:
you overthink
you rush outcomes
you look for constant signs
you react emotionally to delays
That creates tension.
Detachment removes that pressure, which leads to:
clearer thinking
better decisions
more consistent action
This aligns with the Self-fulfilling prophecy:
your emotional state influences your behavior, which influences outcomes.
DETACHMENT VS CARE
Attachment:
“I need this to happen to feel okay.”
Detachment:
“I want this, but I’m okay regardless.”
Detached people often perform better because:
they don’t panic under uncertainty
they don’t sabotage outcomes through desperation
they stay consistent longer
HOW TO PRACTICE DETACHMENT
1. Stop outcome obsession
Instead of constantly checking “is it here yet?” shift to “I know i already have it”
2. Train neutral thinking
Replace:
“what if it doesn’t work?”
with:
“if it works, good. If not, something better will happen”
3. Focus on process, not urgency
Detach from timing:
keep doing what you’re doing
stop mentally forcing speed
CHALLENGES
Easy belief + want now: Use certainty + simple repetition or robotic affirmations, then act immediately.
Easy belief + want later: Stay consistent with affirmations , everytime you think about it you think in your favor.
Medium belief + want now: Use visualization + repetition + action while managing doubt with detachment.
Medium belief + want later: Use steady affirmations + action + long-term repetition until it feels normal.
Hard belief + want now: Use visualization + detachment
Hard belief + want later: Use subliminals + repetition over time to slowly shift the belief.
