Gamzee does something similar where he reaches into his Sylladex to grab a card out, avoiding the randomness of his Fetch Modus.

One of my personal favourite Sylladex interactions is with Karkat's Encryption Fetch Modus, with which you can't actually carry items around, and he accidentally captchalogues an encrypted card inside another encrypted card.
