OOO This is a silly one. SO I GOT INTO MADNESS COMBAT AROUND LIKE APRIL OF 2023 RIGHT. It was something that was on my radar but I never really looked into it but I was aware but the people in the serer I was in at the time were really into it and sparked me to check it out. And I GOT REALLY ATTACHED TO HANK I was like oh my god that's the one for me he just my type he's scary and he's got the red going on and he's got the black going on I LIKED HIM!

And then one fateful day. Friend of mine said a like passing comment. About Deimos. And at this point I hadn't really thought much of him I think he's cool and all but no like strong opinion outside of 'he's silly'. And then um. I kept thinking about him. And it started getting BAD very quickly. I was really banking on it being this little passing thing BUT NOOO

IT GOT SO BAD THAT HE PROCEEDED TO BE ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT FOR THE NEXT LIKE 3 MONTHS?? WHICH I KEPT TABS ON BECAUSE I HAD JUST STARTED DOING MY LIKE CRUSH OF THE MONTH CALENDAR (which is where I keep track of which f/o I talk abt the most throughout the month)

Today, I bring everyone somewhat of an informal essay regarding one of my ships of all time: Yvesdante. These two mean so so so much to me, just in terms of what Yves means to me as a s/i and overall their dynamic and how like. Steeped in so many elements it is like themes of grieving, inner emotional conflicts, etc..

I will note I don't really go over what happens in the game very much surrounding it's horrors, so it shouldn't be taken as something that like also talks about the game directly. It's quite literally just me going over Yves, their story, and their relationship with Dante. TWs for mentions of death, animal death, and religion!
