where would you draw the line of the alive status of a robotgirl?
is it still alive when powered off?
what if parts are disassembled?
now what if every part from tube to smd has been removed?
would the pile of components be alive before?
or would it never have counted as being alive

if we mean alive in the technical sense, I don't think robots can really be considered to be alive. if we mean alive more colloquially as like.. sentient or something, then it'll probably be alive in that sense til it loses the capacity to function ever again, sorta like how brain death works. even disassembled, or turned off, etc, it'd be more akin to a coma than anything in my opinion
as a robot girl im qualified to answer this
basically robot girls are never alive and have no personhood so you can do whatever you want to them with no consequence
