TAVROS ROUTE, AFTER OVER A FULL YEAR IN DEVELOPMENT, IS FINALLY COMPLETE!!!!

Sorry gang!!! I went back to college!!! It's hard to work on game during college. The good news is, TAVROS ROUTE IS DONE! And it's ridiculous, and silly, and absurd.

Special shoutouts to Caldera for helping make the sprite edits of Tavros, and to FlaringK for the endcards as always, as well as everyone who provided feedback on making the Killed By 8r8k Spider remix Not Shit.

In the meantime, while you (and I) cross our fingers and hope the next route doesn't take HALF as long to be realized, check out some of the other things I've been working on in the past little while! I did a project roundup over in the endnotes of a chapter of my fic Square Rooted, but you can also find another Homestuck-y Ren'Py game I worked on on my Itch profile. 

Thanks for your support over the years! Can you believe it's been two and a half years since PQR started?

just played june route (only found it out due to the hint you gave) holy shit?????? holy shit???????????????? it felt so fucking RAW and i LOVED it i did all the right choices and got the victory screen on the first try :D i then went back and did the wrong choices and wow. they just fucking smite you on the spot, or stretch themselves out and become the wind which is something i've always wondered, what if john just had let himself spread out and just. stop? the spritework was AMAZING and showed the desesperation in full the dialogue fucking pierced my heart harder than an equius who can actually use a bow just. amazing. thank you sm

Little question, would it be alright to make a video and like, voice act some of the scenes in game? Like a fandub and such! I enjoyed the story to the game so far that i have played and wonder if posting a video like that would be alright?

I think that'd be great! It would also be very kind of you to link back to/tag the game in the description. :3

@shimshamshimsham dubbed friend-of-the-project @ender--slime's dialogue using PQR sprites in a very fun video, so dubbing some of the game's dialogue directly should be more than fine!

OK NOW I ACTUALLY REMEMBERED TO PRESS UPLOAD ON THESE IMAGES- here are the (incredibly messy) diagrams of the routes in Pesterquest Rewritten! mostly i wrote these out for myself, which is why there are two blank paths for juneroute (i got distracted and didn't get a chance to finish). the covered bit on the last page isn't a route or anything it was just me writing down stuff for school.

Pro tip: keep doing gods work. You have caused me to read almost all of PQR at one time and it was peak, and now im considering buying every single Homestuck game at once. I even found both secret routes, with a bunch of checking for a third. Peak gameplay, I owe you my life but you owe me my wallet

yo, thanks. i appreciate you checking out the original games, they're definitely worth checking out. but (baseless speculation) i think the best way to support those devs is to subscribe to the homestuck patreon. at this point im like 67% sure that all pq sales go to fund the publisher and not the devs/writers, so if you wanna support The Homestuck Team, go give them a sub! it'll help a lot more directly i think.

anyway, yeah. i appreciate you checking out my game. feel free to enjoy poking around the code, there's a lotta fun stuff in there hehe INCLUDING wip future routes...

more tavrosroute coming later! this card game loredump section is really intense on a coding level since i have to assume you're picking each pack as your first, second, OR third... blahhh. it's worth it for the bit anyway
