Are you the person who wrote the (amazing!) magical realism fic on AO3 that was set in Toronto with witches and I think a werewolf vet? Or just a vet that had his office across from the protagonists shop? I LOVED that fix and recommended it to my friends but now I can’t find it! Did you post it somewhere else or are you getting published?

It happens most at home cause that’s their safe place, but while out Billy would drag his blunt nails through Steve’s hair, gently scratching at his scalp to help calm him cause maybe Steve got overwhelmed? Billy’s got him. Maybe he’s just stressed out about work? Billy’s got him.

And he loves just tugging at it, cause we all know there’s NO WAY Steve’s tenderheaded, like there’s no way. And just sort of forming shapes with it, giving him a voluminous Mohawk, or a weird Afro that just sticks out everywhere - point is?

Robin has had many nightmares over the years. Harm coming to his loved ones, death coming to his loved ones, being forced into apprenticeship by Slade again, etc etc. But the worst nightmare he ever had wasn’t scary, so much as heartbreaking. His parents, Batman, Alfred, and Starfire all told him that he was a disappointment, a failure as a hero, and as a person. He usually gets over nightmares but that one haunted him for days.
