Most injuries happen because of the following: •Lack of good sleep •Starving for too long •Not enough resting days •Generally not feeling well/illness When training in any of the body and mind states above our chances of getting injured are much higher than normal. If you really want to workout despite that i strongly recomment you to Not do exercises with heavy Weight. Focus on easier exercises with higher intensity and no weight to get the training results and stay safe. I hope you take that advice seriously.
