Hey, sorry if this is super strange, but my friend (who doesn't have a Tumblr, hence the weird third-person ask) was reading one of your Teen Wolf fics on AO3, and was really loving it, but when they went to click on the next chapter, suddenly it said the fic had been privated, along with all your other ones. And obviously, that's totally your prerogative if you just don't want people reading them anymore, and we'll fuck off and respect that if that's the case, but they were just wondering if there was any chance maybe they're up somewhere else, or if you'd ever consider sharing them again? They were really invested. TT__TT But again, totally cool if the answer is no. Just thought I'd shoot my (their? our?) shot. Readers from the Heated Rivalry community were being dicks to me about the way certain characters were portrayed or how stories didn’t follow the canon (it was a fucking AU….) and I just don’t want to deal with that shit constantly in my peripheral.
The breaking point was this jackass who claimed my work was just AI garbage and had my work put in a collection as a “call out” alongside a ton of other authors. It’s a common problem with that fandom, unfortunately.
I may out them back up later when I cool off, but I’m just too pissed off to even want to look at AO3 right now.
