Scenes from the annual Global Stir-Fry and Marcus Garvey Celebration on Saturday, Aug. 15 at the Deford Memorial Rosegarden in North Nashville, Tennessee. The event included good and craft vendors, live music, geography puzzles of Africa and the U.S., and was held to educate and celebrate the diversity of cultures in Nashville as well as Garvey, an early 20th century civil rights leader that supported black nationalism and Pan-Africanism. Garvey's birthday falls on Aug. 17
