I got a new betta today! His name is Grond. He's BIG

Went on a walk down to the local beach to retrieve a raccoon I had found the last time I went down! Wanted it to rot a bit before I snatched it. Was very fresh the first time I saw it. ALSO smelled something super dead and sniffed it out. A deer had fallen down the hillside and got stuck upside down in the brush. I couldn't even see it's head it was so deep in there. Will go back with a handsaw and try to get it I think.

This young buck was hit by a car but sadly didn't die. Some kind soul came by and shot it twice to put him out of his misery. I let nature take care of cleaning this one.

Bleeding Heart

I made this funeral for a dead barn swallow that was gifted to me. Today is my birthday, and also Remembrance of the Dead day in my country (it’s just meant to be :P) while it’s mainly focused on victims from WWII, it is also a contemplative day for myself…🌱
