ok, so my sister managed to take a decent picture of this A2 (HUGE) gouache piece i did 10 YEARS AGO, in college (i studied graphic design). So i tought, while i can’t draw just yet (read my last posts), i would share with you guys this damn illustration that took my soul away to be finished (it did grant me the maximum score for the task, tough). Yes, back then i was kinda obsessed with this movie, now it is definitely not my favorite phantom version AT ALL, but i will always hold it dear in my heart.

“Erik” by me (@thegooberette ). My first real contribution to this community, and my very first watercolor art piece.  You all have been amazing. Thank you for being such great support to Phantom Phan Art. I couldn’t have done it without you outstanding Phans who have shared their beautiful creations, and to those of you who have shown so much love to the artists, and love for our favorite Opera Ghost. I always said that if I could paint or sketch well enough at all, this man would be my very first big art piece.  I am quite pleased with how he turned out, and I hope you like him too. If my hands can make anything good at all, I have to give glory to my Jesus for that. Because these small hands can’t make anything decent on their own. It may not be as amazing as other pieces you all have birthed, but love definitely went into making this piece, and I hope to create more of him in the future. I had a lot of fun working on a portrait piece, and I look forward to working on more. Love you all, fellow Phans. - TheGooberette (And the creator of Phantom Phan Art.
