P.S. I started WW in August and I’ve lost another 8 ish pounds so far :)
Stop worrying about how QUICKLY you can lose the weight. A few years from now it won’t matter if it took 3 months, 6 months or a year. What’s going to matter is that you took your time, developed healthy habits and you’re able to maintain your results.
Gotta keep reminding myself of this.
I’ve taken 6 years but I’ve also kept off 40+ lbs in that time. I wanna lose and stay lost

MIA
I’ve been very MIA and it’s just cause my head isn’t really in the weightloss game right now. Again, my weight’s pretty much stayed the same and I think I know why I’m not quite ready to kick it into high gear again. I think one, the fact that I’m at home is making it very difficult to eat healthy (I don’t control what’s being kept in the house etc.). And two, I’m anticipating moving out soon and keep figuring I’ll start up again when I move.
So that’s where I’m at. And I’m only posting because I just ate a stale bagel in addition to my lunch and am somewhere between frustrated and totally indifferent about it.
My thighs touch cause they love each other unconditional. Imagine if they didn’t touch. I’d have to deal with all of the divorce papers. 😂

Breakfast - 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup fiber cereal, 1 greek yogurt, half and half (~300 calories)
Lunch - Baby kale, shredded carrots, 3 ounces of chicken, dressing (~210 calories)
Snacks - Ughhhh why...2 mini snickers, 1 mini twix, 1 tootsie roll tootsie pop, 1 mini m&m pack (260 calories....)

Alrighty! So today I’ve had:
Breakfast - same as always, except 1 cup of strawberries (which were fantastic btw) (~300 calories)
Lunch - Baby kale with shredded carrots, chicken breast and turkey breast (neither of which I weighed but I’ll say it was 7 ounces maybe?) (~375 calories)
Snacks - 2 twizzlers (cutting back haha), 1 tootsie rolle tootsie pop (120 calories)
And I’m going to a restaurant with my mom for dinner so that won’t be so ideal but yolo
Today’s Food Log
Okay so here’s what I actually ate today:
Breakfast - 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup fiber cereal, 1 greek yogurt, coffee creamer/half and half (~325 calories)
Lunch - 6 oz of turkey breast, pre-made salad, italian dressing (~300 calories)
Snacks - 5 Twizzlers, 1 tootsie roll tootsie pop (whoops), 1 fiber cracker, sugar free jelly, PB2 (~280 calories)
Dinner - 4 oz turkey breast, 4 cucumbers, little bit of smoked salmon (~200 calories)
And I really want some popcorn...
Kicking Into Gear
Okay fam. I know, I know, I’ve been super MIA and in the meantime I’ve pretty much been hovering around the same few pounds, but I’m currently feeling pumped to get back into the swing of things, and go back on my high fiber diet. So I’m making a promise (oh dear god) to write down everything I eat on this here blog. So from now on, I’m going to just jot things down as I eat them and hopefully that’ll hold me accountable to my diet. And actually, I’m gonna try something right now. I’m gonna write down what I want to eat tomorrow and maybe that’ll help me stick to it? Let’’s try this...
Tomorrow -
Breakfast: Coffee, 1 tbsp sugar free creamer, 0% Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup smart bran, 1 cup blueberries
Lunch: Turkey burger (thanks mom), Mixed green salad, shredded carrots, 2 tbsp fat free honey mustard dressing
Dinner: Roasted chicken breast (tbd), Mixed green salad
We’ll see how that goes.
