What dead characters, to be exact? But if it's a villain(pure evil), they would be permanently gone. But if it's a hero, if the death is brutal, it is irreversible.

Camber is from the dragonlands

Jouri is just like Pinki, but she is more energetic

Camber along with Durple lost their magic, years ago.

Those ribbons on Jouri's back actually are appendages

If Camber had a dragonfire, it would be lightning.
