Woah An Update?!

Hello! It's been well over a year and I'm here to announce a few things

1. Name is no longer SophAhDoph, it's now Phisry ("Fizz-ree")

2. I have an Instagram!! 📯📯

3. I've been more into traditional art lately purely because I currently don't have the ability to do digital at the moment

4. I'm in my last year of high school 🎉 and I'm no longer saying when I will and won't post. It just happens when I feel like it I guess. (I'm a busy person)

is your favorite color yellow?

Yellow is my second favorite colour or my favorite warm colour. Any type of blue is actually my preferred colour of choice. Yellow is just a really happy, warm and bright colour so I absolutely love it!! Sunflowers yk?

Awwww tysm!! I'm glad you like my style <3 I'm hope to start getting back into posting again and bring this account to life. Summer break is almost over though so I can't promise that posting will be as frequent as I would like it to be but I'll try my best.

Do you have a YouTube channel I can follow?

I don’t currently have a YouTube channel, however I will have one! I’ve got plenty of ideas and a few animatics in the works. I’ll be sure to post a channel link when I get my first video out. ;)

what is your favourite piece you’ve made and why?

Hmmmmm..... That's a really good question. I believe that I have plenty of room for improvement, and I honestly don't think I have a favorite piece of art, but if I did have to choose it would probably be my most recent gif. I think this will constantly change though, someone should ask me this in a years time and we can see how much my art has improved haha.

I am planning on doing a lot more drawing though, I'm currently busy with school so posting hasn't been a common thing for me. I probs will post more actively through the upcoming holidays.

What is your gif making process?

Hello there!

I wouldn't trust my methods as they're definitely not professional, but I like to think of it as a one second animation.

I start off with picturing how I want my gif to look (Think about what the first key frame will look like and what the last key frame will look like)

I then like to draw a rough sketch of about 6-10 frames that will make up the entire gif. (Start to draw what will go in between the first and last frames) I usually do this on a piece of paper first, kinda like a comic book.

Once I'm happy with my sketches, I open up my digital software (Clip studio paint is what I used but I don't recommend for animations unless you have Clip Studio EX) and draw my sketches like any normal animation.

I use multiple layers. I start with my sketch layer, clean lines, and then colour (the colour layer is also where I add any light and shadows etc.

Then edit all my frames to different lengths making the key frames that I think are most important go for slightly longer than the others.

I hope this was helpful in some way, I've never been asked this before. You could honestly find a better tutorial or something on YouTube. 😅

Hey guys! I’m over being upset about what happened, I’m gonna do what I do best and look on the bright side! Sure I’ll still be a little upset, but I’m just gonna pass the time by throwing out my theories and fanart!   After the ending of season 2 I was devastated, the ending had me in tears. I can’t wait to see what season 3 has for us! Sure it’s only three specials, but it’s better than nothing and it’ll be awesome! 

As much as I’m upset about Luz, Amity, Hunter, Willow and Gus getting blasted into the Human realm and having know idea about what happened to everyone else back in the demon realm, I’m excited to see what adventures and experiences these guys get to have in the Human world.
