omg so phoebe and melody and eloise are leading the charge against ruby in the ruby v peter case and 1) I feel like those three girls are literally unstoppable!!! You add Camille to the mix and what can’t they do!!!! and 2) idk if Phoebe and Melody were friends prior to all this, but they are 100%% friends now whether Melody likes it or not!!

Dinner Prep | Phoebe & Peter

Phoebe had invited some friends over for dinner and as soon as Peter heard that she was attempting to cook for them all, he volunteered to help. (And by help, he meant cook everything - start to finish. If Phoebe had been left in charge, at best, she’d make something inedible ... at worst, they’d all end up with food poisoning). 

Peter hadn’t let her near anything edible. She insisted that she was more than capable of at least peeling the potatoes (and would have gone right ahead) if Peter hadn’t given put a stack of plates in her hands and directed her to set the table. And then all he had to do was bring up the bar and Phoebe got too distracted filling him in with everything that Camille had been working on to notice that he wasn’t letting her help at all in the kitchen.” 

“If she wins, I’m moving to Canada,” Phoebe announced dramatically, “I will have lost all faith in the American justice system.” 

She laughed, as though she might be kidding, but the thought that Peter wouldn’t get his bar back, seemed so absurd to Phoebe that she would have been stunned if he didn’t win. She couldn’t imagine a case being more cut and dry: the bar was Peter’s and everyone in town knew that. His name was literally on it. It was called Sullivan’s for god’s sake.

Rem & Phoebe

So Phoebe is their tenant and, esp as they’re just branching into this whole landlord thing (plus, yknow, it’s her living conditions!! he wants them to be great, obv!!), Rem sooooo wants to give 110% so like any little thing, he’s on top of it!!!!!  Beyond that, tho, I can see where they might also be friends?  Bc, since she lives above the Emporium, I feel like they probs see each other at least once a day and yeah!!  Whatcha think?

So, I think in my bio I said that Phoebe had been living with a roommate from hell (and perhaps the landlord from hell as well haha) and just I think she was so thrilled to finally move to a place where someone!!!! cared!!!!! And basically I feel like she could immediately see the difference in the Fultons and just!!! they are the best!!!!

And yeah, I can definitely see them being friends!!! tbh Phoebe is an extrovert and I can see her just wandering down the the shop literally just to chat haha!! I can also see her making them cupcakes and cookies and things but ... she’s not a great cook so that would probably just be THIS haha but she means well!!

hey! so I can potentially see phoebe and dominic being friends??? phoebe knows what it’s like to be a disappointment to her parents (in fact she also moved away from home after a fight w/ the rents and came here -- but unlike Dom, hasn’t had it in her to go back home yet). Anyway, I can see where they’d balance each other, too, since Dom seems kind of more serious and reserved and Phoebe is loud and talkative and always cracking jokes. 

but thoughts on your end? I can also see where they would end up being ~too different to be friends, too???

OMG Phoebe hates!!! Ruby!!!! so!!! much!!!!!!

She just thinks she’s an awful human being -- not to mention all of the things she’s done to Peter (including stealing his bar???? um no????)!!!!! 

Anyway, she’s determined to help Peter get his bar back from her and in the meantime, is probably at least hoping to make life as difficult as possible for (idk how well that’s going, but she tries) 

p.s. in phoebe’s bio, I said that she moved out from having the roommate from hell -- do you think ruby may have been her roommate?????? she’s only been in bingley for a few years so I imagine that when she first moved here, she didn’t know anyone and potentially just said yes to like a craigslist ad or something lol

So Phoebe has a crush on Peter! 

In most cases when she likes someone, she’s not afraid to go ahead and ask them out, but I think she also realizes that this isn’t exactly the ~ideal time for Peter to start a relationship (even if he is interested in her -- which Phoebe isn’t sure if he is or not). So for now, I think she’s just content to stick around and be his friend and help in whatever way she can to help him with his fight against Ruby for his bar 

That being said, Phoebe doesn’t really have a filter and planning not to say anything to him yet and actually holding off are two different things haha, so we will see what happens there. 

What do you think Peter would think of Phoebe?

wears her heart on her sleeve!!!! and isn’t afraid to ask u out if she likes you

the situation with peter, however, is a little more complicated since his previous gf has stolen his livelihood 

determined to help him get his life back and then once he’s settled, she plans to tell him how she feels 

can be a little dramatic at times

gets super excited over the little things! :) 

like a warm donut fresh from the oven or a new pair of shoes

talks a mile a minute! (it can be a little hard to keep up with her sometimes) 

honestly just thinks out loud and has zero filter

it gets her into trouble sometimes b/c she rarely has time to think b/f she speaks

loves!!! movies!!!!

bad ones are probably her favorite b/c she really enjoys how they take themselves so seriously 

drinks a lOT of coffee and is a little terrified to find out what would happen atp if she stopped

really enjoys her job!!!! but you will definitely catch her complaining sometimes about some of her less motivated students

has a huge collection of sweaters and counts down the days until it is cool enough to start wearing them 

thinks getting things in the mail is awesome and always sends her friends postcards when she goes out of town 

once had dreams of joining the theater company as an actress and tried out one year when they had open auditions 

it went horribly!!!! (but she laughs about it now) 

she still enjoys the theater a lot tho and makes it to all of the shows

if she isn’t bus, she will sometimes volunteer as an usher to get some free tickets

can’t cook to save her life

her diet consists of about 95% take out (the other 5% being whenever a friend will take pity and cook her a meal) 

all the restaurants in town can pretty much predict what she wants to eat better than she can atp

tends to be super productive and motivated on her days off or incredibly lazy and just stays in bed all day and binges Netflix

likes all of the seasons a lot and gets excited when the weather starts to change

winter might be her favorite b/c she loves the first snow so much!!

was def a little spoiled as a kid

can still be stubborn when thing don’t go her way but she is learning to compromise 

had a falling out with her parents after she graduated college re: her future

when she decided that she wanted to work for student services and they thought she could do better with the degree they’d just paid for 

started her career out a little closer to home but the bigger college there wasn’t a great fit for her (plus she kept running into her parents) 

she eventually moved to bingley and fell in love immediately!!!!!!

loves trying new things but also  big on some traditions! 

always has to go to all of the annual town events (even the “super lame” ones)

takes so many pics of her, that she made it a separate instagram 

not doing super great financially 

tbh had a lot of help from her parents when she was in college and it is still taking some adjusting to doing things completely on her own

plus she tends to have a lot of bad luck re: things needing to be replaced as soon as she seemed to have finally saved up some money

used to live with the roommate from hell but has recently moved into a small, but comfortable, one bedroom apartment above fulton’s

loves!!!!! living there and has decided to adopt the fulton bros as her new family
