Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin (born 12 July 1989) is an Australian actress and model. She is best known for portraying ‘Cleo Sertori’ in the Australian television program 'H2O: Just Add Water' and Fiona Maxwell in the film 'Tomorrow, When the War Began'. She has been involved to play Faye Chamberlain in the CW's project : 'The Secret Circle'. She plays Hayley in the CW's 'The Originals'. ( )
