Just a few quick shading test drawings of how I imagine Nightmare, Horror, Killer, Cross, and Dust to sleep. As you can see, Nightmare has the most whacked up sleep schedule due to not really needing much sleep.

Should I do a part two with the Star Sanses? Idk my hand is kind of dead-

Killer before he became Killer.

Just a smaller scale drawing this time. It looks like we’ve gone back to the dramatic shading again. Oops? I know nothing but harsh shadows and tears I guess.

I actually really like the tear marks because they are meant to echo Killer’s black sludge. After all, everything I’ve seen so far seems to describe his goop as “tear stains.” If he’s not Killer yet, why not give him actual tears? Kind of a weird shape though because I was trying to mimic the goop but OH WELL.

He first meets Nightmare, who latches onto him as the one person besides Dream who doesn’t hate him for just existing. One day, Cross gives him his sweater before leaving, stating that it looks better on Nightmare.
