Baked Mac & Cheese/CrockPot Mac & Cheese Recipe As kids we all grew up on macaroni & cheese...it didn't matter if it was boxed or mama's homemade mac & cheese, that's a dish all kids like..oh wait now..adults too! I use to love the way my granny and mom made mac & cheese...it was cheesy and flavorful..just heavnly goodness! As I became an adult and started cooking..Mac & Cheese as a dish I had to make for holidays and birthdays...yes you read it right birthdays. It got to the point where I didn't want to make it anymore because I was tired of looking a it! Now that the weather is cooling down again, I thought of a new way to take my mac & cheese to the next level! It's simple and crockpot friendly! (You can tweek these ingredients to make it your own) 1 box of Macaroni 1lb of sharp cheese 1lb of mild cheese 1 bag of shredded cheese (sharp and mozarella) 1 can of cream of chicken (optional) 2 medium slices of margarine Boil your macaroni with the magarine for 3 mins (Aldente), drain your macaroni and rinse in cold water..(this stops the cooking process) Make sure all your block cheese are cut into medium squares or your preference. Add the macaroni in the crockpot, cream of chicken,block cheese and stir and the last the step is add the shredded cheese on top. Cover the crockpot and set on high for 2 hours and medium for another hour. For Baked Mac n Cheese just take away the cream of chicken soup and use cheddar cheese soup...replace the CrockPot and bake in a baking dish or aluminium pan.

Ortega Hot Wings This recipe is quick and simple! Chicken Wings (cleaned) Season with onion & garlic powder, pepper, hot sauce. Bake for an hour Mix Ortega sauce..hot sauce & pepper in a cup and pour over the chicken, give it a good mix. Cook covered for 1.5 hours Take cover off and bake until it's completely done....and serve!
