Cloud glanced up at the stranger who had addressed him. There was something off about the young lady, he was pretty sure of that right away. She seemed harmless enough, though, and he had bigger problems at this exact moment. Primarily the whole bleeding issue.
Normally, he’d have found one of his few friends who was skilled in healing - preferably Litchi - but none of them were around anymore. Except Aeris, he supposed, but, well. Now wasn’t the time to try to find her, even if he could. Besides, he’d live. It’d just be rather… unpleasant, for a while. Possibly a nice, long while.
“No, it isn’t good,” he agreed shortly. At least it was his left arm, though that compounded rather painfully with the wounds he’d acquired, that night with Corvus. Oh, well. He’d survived that, too. He tore off the sleeve he’d kept along that arm, revealing the pink ribbon tied around it. Or at least, it had been pink; now is was mostly soaked in his blood. He’d have to get a new one.
He paused for a moment, and threw another glance at the stranger. Definitely something off, but now wasn’t really the time. He needed to get the bleeding stopped, but first, she just might be able to help a bit. “Got a lighter? Fire? Something hot?”
Phosphophyllite inched a bit closer, looking the other over-- the red liquid clearly coming from within them. Was it a vital point of them like pieces of them self were important to the gems? They had this sort of inkling that it could get worse, yet they weren’t sure.
It seemed so, as the human affirmed the question that they had posed to them earlier. Their eyes swam lightly, unsure of what to do. They had no expertise in the organic, and they weren’t quite sure if their sibling, Rutile did either, despite calling themselves a doctor. They were a doctor for the gems after all, and not for humans like this one.
They raised their eyes to meet with the human after being called to again, as they requested for the gem’s aid. Their head tilted in the unfortunate circumstance of having no idea what a lighter was. But from the other words they could take a guess that it had something to do with fire... Well just standing around would do both of them no good, for the gem definitely didn’t have one but they could at least provide some assistance?
“I don’t have one, but if it’s nearby I can probably carry you to a place that has one? Or a place that would offer better treatment than some fire will...?”
