I have a gag much like this one and love subs who can take it strapped in tightly. But it's safer to use with the sub sitting up or standing in case they might puke. And never leave someone alone even briefly with a gag they could start choking on. And, unless there's something the dom wants them to see, subs should be kept in the dark like this wondering what might be coming next and to heighten their remaining senses.
