Warning: Really short and has fluff in it.
Love was a very powerful thing. It could make a sullen person smile. It can fill the void that most loveless individuals have in their hearts. The smitten emotion even had a holiday filled with chocolates and kisses involving the sick whom Cupid had inflicted with a arrow covered in red drops of love potion. Mood swings were common side effect of the joyous yet dangerous drug. One moment, a love one was giggling over the hysterical comment by their beloved, the next they’re crying after their special friend broke things off to see another. This emotion scared Samael, the second ranked demon king, and King of time. Once his emerald eyes spot the vicious red tinted blues, the libertine knew at that moment Cupid claimed a second victim that day. Although this unbearable positive emotion never put such dire straits on humans.
Demons, unfortunately, were inflicted with a higher dosage than humans. Two obvious reasons explained why a tremendous amount of the poison was required to be shot into the demons blood streams. One, demons are known to be heartless and cruel creatures that basically fed off of the negative energy of humans. Just to make sure that this inflicted demon doesn’t target their soul mate with harmful intents, the emotion called love is strengthen into their black dead hearts. The second and most important reason is the lesson taught to the devilish creatures after their great fall. Ever since the Angels rebelled against God, demons have turned pervertic, and sadistic. Their once heavenly gracious hearts that held great respect, and compassionate for not only God but all material God had created had rotted from the fire of Hell. Demons do not remember how to hold something so innocent and pure. They only know how to corrupt such a naive child by being convincing con artists. Now things are different. Samael, or Mephisto Pheles has fallen for not a human, but a vampire. Vampires are the lower class cousins of Satan. Yet, (Y/N) isn’t related to Mephisto by blood. No, they are connected by something else extraordinary. (Y/N) is the unwilling fiancée of Samael, chosen by Satan from birth. Women of Gehenna do not have a say in whether they want to or not to get married. The demon king, and only the demon king, can decide the fate their father and demonic lord has chosen for their bride to be.
Blue orbs glance at the now serious violette. His emerald eyes shadowed by his bangs. The 18 year old girl knew something was wrong by how glum her ‘fiancé’ looked. Logging off her laptop, the American vampire turned towards Mephisto with a concerned frown.
“What are your true opinions of me? Do you hate me because I am a member of the kind that has shunned millions of your children? Or are you here because you’re stuck with me?”
“More of the second one. To be honest, I don’t hate you like I did.”, her face turned darker than the average pink blush. “B-But it’s not like I love you either… W-Well maybe I like you just a little…”
A obnoxiously and deep chuckle interrupted the flustered vamp’s stuttering. His gloved hand held his aching stomach as his upper half bent forward.
“You’re such a Tsundere!”
“S-Shut up!”
Love works in mysterious ways. Especially for two corrupted souls, a vampire Tsundere and a demon Yandere.
