Has anyone asked them to politely move, so a Lady, the Elderly, maybe someone disabled can sit down? I've never been denied, when I've asked any man to move. I'm not at all huge, or do I look overly dangerous. For instance no one can tell by looking at me, that my Government spent millions on me and others like me. I am a retired veteran survival instructor and if pushed more than likely we'd work it out in a respectable manner. If not well I've had worse days, trying not to get dead. What people don't know is at any given time, one out of every four people at least in the United States is a Veteran and quite capable of protecting ones self and other Americans. I'm proud to have served for almost 22 years, and even at 55 I remember what I was taught in Grammar School we should all respect our Elders, Women, the Disabled and care for the welfare of all children, not to mention each other. So I ask again ask them politely to move over or better yet us men should do what is right and get up, while asking them to take your spot. It's easy to be mean or bad, but being good and honourable takes real courage and confidence in ourselves and the rewards are immeasurable but also leave you with pleasurable feeling inside.
