Stop telling people that 0 calorie drinks, gum, and vitamins “actually do have calories” no they really don’t unless you’re eating 1000 of them and you’re just encouraging people to be more disordered

Hectic day travelling home, had 2 bowls of that soup, it was kale or something- quite good

I woke up at like 5pm today and it’s been a bed day pretty much because I’m ill
On the bright side I got some reading done so not complaining too much
Me: I should eat 1 calorie today
Me: *eats 1.1 calories* well shit
Me: *eats 50 thousand calories*
if i hung myself on a tree in december would i be considered a christmas ornament?
