[Singapore Only] Collection of gifts to be sent to Myungsoo via Made in L

Hello, this year I will be helping L-aile to collect birthday gifts for myungsoo on behalf of all Singapore fans ^^

You can send him anything (cards, letters, clothes etc…) but please take note not to send him the following items:

Food (Not recommended though he likes to eat :D)

Fragile items

Items that are too huge/heavy

As I am rather busy, there will only be 2 ways where you can pass me the items in which I will pass it to L-aile

How to pass me the gifts

1) Mail your items to my house Please take note of the steps. Please note that items have to arrive my house before 27 Feb 2017

Contact me, via KKT or E-mail and let me know what items you will be sending. Subject: Mailing of birthday gifts to Myungsoo

I will give you my address

Sent it via Registered Postage if possible to prevent lost of mail

Let me know after you have mail it out.

I will let you know once I receive it.

Things to take note when mailing the items.

Place your letter in a pretty envelope(to give him), then place the pretty envelope into another one (can be ugly but make sure its good enough to protect your letter and to include my address for mailing. which fansite you want your gift to be sent through)

If you are mailing clothes, you do not have to wrap it as the fansite will re-pack the gifts and standardize gift packaging. Ensure you pack in materials which will ensure items will be safe during postage.

2) Meet me at CCK / Boon Lay MRT station Please take note of the steps. Please note that the last day I am accepting gifts is 28th Feb 2017

Things to take note

I will be taking several group orders for a few fan sites during Infinite Rally 3 and below is the compiled list of the orders I am taking. There will be more that will be updated along. If there is new fan site goods I’m taking orders, I will update on twitter.

Please look into each fan site’s notice through their twitter for more details. I will not be doing detailed explanation on what are in each set. Also, do refer to individual fan site for previews of their goods.

T-shirt and Slogans are items that are provided to drama staffs as part of the support.

Donation is inclusive of exchange rate of USD1=SGD0.71 and paypal service charge. PLEASE NOTE THAT DONATION AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE EMS FEES (will be shared equally among donors despite amount donated)

Second Payment

As EMS fees has not been included, there will be a second payment required once EMS fees has been finalised. EMS fees is about $10-$15 depending on number of donors. You will have to pay for the EMS fees or else I will not be giving you the goods. No cancellation is allowed once donation form has been submitted or donation has been transferred.

Collection process:

1. ONE Mass Meetup (City Hall or Orchard or Somerset)

2. Registered Postage. (Additional fees required)

3. Self Collection. (STRICTLY at my convenience)

★ Q&A ★ (I will try to update this regularly with the new questions I receive)

Q: Will you be able to do meetup for collection? A: Yes! But timings and location as to be according to my convenience at CCK MRT station. Town meetup will be available but again, according to my convenience. /SORRY!/

Q: Is there any middleman handling the donations? A: I will be personally handling the orders with L'AILE

Q: Exchange rates? A: All amounts quoted by me are all in Singapore dollars according to paypal’s exchange rate. Exchange rate is calculated as per time of conversion when notice is written (15 Jun) and is subjected to changes upon submitting of payments.

Q: I send in my order form and transferred but have not receive an email confirmation. A: Please give me up to 48hours to verify your transfer before I send you a confirmation email. If I fail to send you a confirmation email within 48hours, please tweet/kakao talk me as may have miss out since I don’t check my email often.

Q: Can I have your personal contact number to ask you any questions easily? A: Sorry, I don’t release personal contact details due to privacy. Kindly tweet/kakao talk me your questions. I will reply all tweets/kkt in less than 24hours.
